Room was noisy, next to the elevators and one could hear them moving up and down. This room next to the elevators should have a lower rate. Given what I've paid not appropriate. Realized late in the night and couldn't move room anymore. Given what I've paid not appropriate.

Unhelpful staff: The staff were not very accommodating or willing to assist. Cleanliness issues: The windows in the accommodation were visibly dirty. Booking oversight: No extra bed was provided for our child, despite the reservation clearly indicating a booking for three guests.

It’s a beautiful facility. Sometimes the elevator buttons wouldn’t work properly. I had to push them several times before the button would light up. That’s the only thing I can think of.

Nice and comfortable bed. The lobby seems a bit out of date, tiles are broken. Swimming pool is allowed for children only during the weekend and anyway maintenance works took place all of a sudden so couldn't use it. The hotel tried to charge us for an extra child bed. I was lucky to have email exchange with the hotel that confirmed it should be with an extra charges.
