The location is right next to public transportation with direct connections to the main tourist attractions. On the ground floor of the building, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, and a bar. The area where the apartments are located is very clean and safe. The location is excellent for short stays. The only thing that could have improved the stay would have been having air conditioning. However, there is a fan in the room, which helps keep the room reasonably comfortable.

Nothing its too small We waited in front of the hotel no one opened when we called them they told us to go to another location its 15 minutes away we arrived and waited for over an hour we thought it was the hotel but it isn’t they asked us to pay for the parking and gave us the hotels location 15 minutes away!!! Worst hotel and worst host

Everything was clean My code didn't work at some point and there were nobody to resolve my problem. When I asked to have at least a compensation, the lady on the reception made big eyes and said - "Sorry, it just unmagnified". Not compensation not anything. Good I had somewhere to go, if I wouldn't I would have had to sleep on the street. Great service thanks!(No). No cleaning was done, at all. No soaps, not changing the towels. The TV was the poorest quality that I have ever seen. It would have been better to not have it all. Do not recommend -1/10

Easy to check out because no one was at the front desk There was no place to store boxes with locks at the front desk. On the day of check in we waited two hours after check in time for the room to be cleaned until we went to the front desk. The front desk said that the last family left late, but for us it was a bad experience, they should have been flexible in arranging another room or at least asked us to store our luggage in a lockable place, instead of making us wait and not giving us the exact amount of time we had to wait, they kept saying that we needed to wait for five minutes, and then after five minutes they asked us to wait for five minutes more, we ended up waiting for a total of two hours. When we went upstairs we realized that the room had not been cleaned at all. In addition to this the hotel kettle was broken and the plates inside the overhead cupboard were not washed.

Well organized facility. Clean and quiet room. Very easy access to public transport (tram and night-bus stop just a few meters away), which -by the way- is exceptional in Warsaw. Maintenance of plumming and electric devices (someone should check the room thoroughly after every guest)

Great host. Poor room equipment. Floor was dirty. I asked for an iron and hairdryer, hairdryer came another evening but iron didn't at all

The location and communication was great. Facilities (all 3 rooms) were really dusty, no soap in soap dispensers.

There was a hob and kitchen utensils available for cooking. It would be nice if the staff could chat online in English with those who are not Polish-speakers.
