Rooms a little small, but for me ok

Loved the price and location. Staff was friendly and kitchenette was well equipped. My room was small but in good condition overall. Comfy bed. No towels in the room and extremely small bath stalls. Maids making loud conversations early in the morning awakening me from sleep. Should keep it down until the checkout hour.

The hostel staff were very nice and accommodating. The place was very clean and the price was very affordable. I also enjoyed meeting other people during lunch and dinner hours. If I come back to Warsaw, I will definitely stay here again. Great experience. It would be a big help if there was a dryer for laundry. Other than that, no complaints.

The walls are thin and one can hear TV working from the neighbouring rooms. Maybe it would be helpful to prohibit TV watching after 23.00.

It deserves to be called a hotel. There’s everything you need, comfortable showers and kitchens. A fridge just for a few rooms near your room which is convenient. A few lockers, everything’s clean and smells real good.

There is no air condition and windows are sealed, cant open for fresh air intake. In summer time for a single room its impossible to live

Cleanliness, reception staff, design Small toilet

Good location, a short walking distance from the bus stop and just a few bus stops from the train station. The kitchen is well- equipped, the common space/lounge was nicely designed, and I really liked the idea of a small single rooms instead of sharing with strangers. The idea was great, however, the outcome is quite poor. While I expected the single rooms to be very small and I don't have any issues with that, I didn't expect windows between rooms as there's no explanation for their existence. There are no blinds or curtains, so just standing on my bed, I could easily watch inside of the neighbouring room and they could watch me as well if they wanted to, which made me very uncomfortable, especially that the hostel was full of men. Another issue occurred when I wanted to sleep, but the light in the other room stayed on until late at night which kept my room fully illuminated and stopped me from sleeping, I attached a photo taken from my bed after I turned off all the lights in my room. These unnecessary windows definitely need curtains! Also the window didn't have a handle on my side, but the person in the other room had a handle so I imagine they could have easily opened the window between our rooms! How unsafe! The walls are extremely thin so you can hear all the sounds, from other rooms, from the corridor and even from the streets. However, in all that, my biggest surprise was the toilet. The toilet was so small, that I couldn't sit or get up in it when the doors were closed. I had to open the toilet door to be able to first sit, and get up and straighten my legs. Sounds ridiculous and that's exactly how it felt. I really don't understand who would design such small toilets. I'm a regular size tall woman and I couldn't fit in, so it's certain that a plus size person wouldn't be able to use that toilet at all. I attached a photo showing that my feet were already on the other side of the door while I was sitting on the toilet. What went wrong? While the place has potential, there's a lot to improve for the basic comfort and peace of mind of the guests.

The staff is so welcoming and pleasing. The room was clean. All requests were completed. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilets were working, clean and very well equipped. The smell of the corridors and toilets was weird. It seems to me that the cleaning supplies should be changed. Please, divide showers for men and women, it will be more comfortable.
