Amazing price-product, location, breakfast, flexibility, confort, staffing. There was one chair in the room and it was dirty.

Save on taxi, the bus stop is just by the hotel entrance, so if you are even a newbie Warsaw visitor, it is easy to get around with direct service to/from the airport and downtown Warsaw. The room, the shower, the breakfast - everything was great! I needed tranquility and it was a very quiet stay!

Impeccable breakfast. Thousands of options; everything was very well prepared. Good cleanliness; flexibility to leave luggage after checkout. Transparent glass bathroom. Why would I want to see the other person in the room with me using the toilet?!?! Tiny room. Closet and bathroom lights won't turn off at night. A lot of outside noise. No soundproofing. A receptionist named Daria told me there was no water when I asked and that I had to buy some. I got to the hallway and saw there were free water dispensers on the floors. Why would a staff member have such an inhumane attitude? Pillows were very thin. No windows or ventilation whatsoever in the rooms.

ماااعجبنبييي مايستاهل ياخذ ولا نجمه الغرفه نتتتتففه لدرجه مافي مكان تحط شنطك واغراضك ولا مكان تصلي فيه الا السيب والطاوله الي حطينه فكره حلوه بس مززعجه ودك تقشعها والفتحات جنب السيرير تخاف جوالك يطيح وهو يشحن و الحمام في جهه شفاف تشوف الواحد وهو يروح حمام بعد مافي اشياء واجد حولينه تحتاج تمشي اقل شي عشر دقايق عشان تشوف المطاعم وكافيهات

Clean quiet, perfect for overnight stay near airport. Super Modern room, new style design, had to really look for light switches. LOL

The hotel was very nice, a smart hotel which I like. It even had a quiet floor which I appreciated after a 12 hour train trip. BUT the staff service was very disappointing. They were not pleasant, not polite, and not helpful at all. It was as if I were an annoyance. They obviously don’t understand the meaning of the word ‘hospitality’. I will not stay again or recommend.
