Rooftop airconditioners outside were very noisy. One night there was very loud music till late. Shower hose wouldn't stay upright, kept falling.

The property is located in such a way that we can get to the Catholic Church and train station. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Room is fabulous and the food is super delicious. I had a hard time with the Indian receptionist who was there when we checked in on November 18 almost midnight. Rest of the receptionists are amazing, welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to extend their helping hand. Thank you guys

The bar and restaurant facilities were great and the staff were friendly and helpful The breakfast we ordered al a carte was terrible, the fried eggs were barely cooked and served cold,, the scrambled eggs were clearly powdered egg which is unforgivable and soured our stay... we also requested extra pillows which we didn't get( minor issue)

Every staff we encountered were excellent - would be reason alone to come back. Beds comfy and nice big rooms - perfect for getting ready for a family wedding. Staff at the brekky buffet also were fabulous. Easy check in and parking. There were small signs of age within the hallways ( carpets and walls) but this is very minor, more just noticeable.

Highly recommended hotel for International Airport with free parking. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Bistro great for evening meal and breakfast was good. It was an ideal place to re-visit Casula and Cambramatt

Rooms are good, good bed and everything worked well - no problems. Restaurant is very good, good quality at fair prices with a very decent selection. The Wi-Fi is slow. The A/C is either frigid or hot

The bed and the pillows were so comfy! A great night sleep! Very handy having The Warwick as part of the motel for delicious meals. A bit of a walk from carpark to our room. Big motel I guess!

Staff were very welcoming except one guy at reception which Is the reason we didn't extend again. Other than that the hotel Is attached to the warwick which has nice food and for an affordable price. The staff at the bar and restaurant are very helpful and are very friendly.
