Large, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast included in tariff. Incorrect bed configuration dealt with efficiently. No bathroom door. Incorrect room allocation - double instead of twin. Insufficient staff on reception - only one person also dealing with phone calls at busy check-in time. I had to return to the desk to report the room problem.
