Nice and clean hotel! Staff very friendly!

We really enjoyed the rooftop lounge—it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room was clean, although it was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Our only disappointment was that the friendliness of the front desk staff was inconsistent. Some team members were warm and welcoming, while others were not. I wish every staff member provided the same level of hospitality, as it would have made the experience even better.

One thing to keep in mind is parking, valet service is available, but it costs $70 per night and there is no free parking on-site, so be sure to factor that into your budget. Overall, a great place to stay in a fantastic location.

We really appreciated the all wood floors. Thew housekeeping did a very good job of cleaning the room. The major complaint is the "buffet breakfast". The breakfast was simply a continental buffet. There was no option to have ala carte. We had an issue with the air conditioning .There are no decent restaurants within walking distance. This is the primary reason I would not come back to this hotel

Cool hotel in a great location, very walkable. many restaurants options within walking distance. Grounds of hotel were nice, room was clean. Great for adults and families. Will definitely book again.

Manny members of front desk staff looked perpetually annoyed when we needed to interact with them. Asking for extra towels Saturday morning was greeted with annoyed looks, no help and no towels. (Room had 3 for family of four). Some members of staff were friendly but a handful of bad apples.
