The hotel staff were helpful. Didn’t get breakfast, but it looked like the standard fare. We mostly ordered delivery during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet to walk around. Not a lot of patches for dogs on the immediate block, but there’s a mini park one block past the Irish Pub that has swings and a patches for animals. This location is also one block from the Capital Arena. So perfect for concerts. There is a host of military service people staying at the hotel. It seems like the whole lobby is swarmed with them at various times of the day (probably shift changes). They are also extremely noisy at night. For the most part the location is cool.

Outstanding property, clean rooms, helpful staff & great breakfast.

We booked a suite for 5 people and was given a room for 4 people. Make sure you double check your reservation before you get there. Thank goodness our 5th person didn't show up or we would have had a problem. The tub was very slippery and I fell and really bruised my leg. They need to put a non slip strip or something on it so be careful. Everything else was fine.

Location is good to visit White House and National Mall. It is in Chinatown where has a variety of foods also.
-
We ordered a room that slept 5 - 2 queens and a sofa bed - but we were only given a room with 2 queens.
-
Hotel located near Chinatown metro. Helpful staff. Breakfast was average. Room was clean but dated.
-
Nice bar on the side good food too
-
Good stay. Close enough to waterfront.
-
It was very clean. It could use updates but everything worked, except our key card reader took many tries to open our room. The breakfast was really good. I would stay there again if in DC.

Good value in an otherwise expensive city

Building was clean and nice. Room was clean. Area was a little iffy at night but not too bad for D.C. Would stay again if in the area.

Great

Quick check in. Very clean. Dog friendly. Only hang up is if they are low on breakfast, they will close early rather than restock anything. So don't wait around for breakfast.

I did not like that I had to reset my access key cards four times for a three day stay. This is definitely an issue that I haven’t had with Marriott before.
-
Very comfortable room, great neighborhood, walking distance to everything plus 2 blocks from the Metro, which goes everywhere, including both airports! Lots of places to eat, or grab wineries, good breakfast every day, and the staff was lovely! Only improvement I would make would be a small fridge in the room…
-
Great Location in a nice neighborhood, just a short walk to the mall and some good food options. Overall building and room condition were fine but needs some repairs & maintenance to get to a 5 star.
-
It wasexactly ok. There was only one overworked staffattbe front desk we felt very sorry for. The parking was exorbitant. Tne dofa bed was uncomfortable
