Buen precio, todo limpio y personal amable. Al frente esta la parada de bus. Todo bien

Very clean rooms. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was excellent!! When I asked for extra towels the man at the desk gave them to me with no fuss, unlike other places we have stayed. Parking was only $10 a day. We took an Uber into the city and it was super easy for pickup and drop-off. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wasn't what I expected, but overall it was decent and we had a good stay. Thank you to the staff that helped me changed the room upon arrival.

It was a last minute decision to stay here, but fairly it wasn’t bad! It may be horrible or scary for those who have higher standards of a hotel, but for me and my family of 4 including me, it wasn’t too bad. It was very quiet and the staff were so incredibly helpful and very kind! The rooms are.. okay, they’re not luxury depending on which room you have, our room was decent enough though, a little dirty, and things threatened to break if we weren’t careful, but it was our cheapest option so who am I to complain. It’s a nice area for a very quick stay! It’s advertised as a hotel, but the place gives motel. Even has a nice restaurant next door for quick meals aswell. Overall, it was a nervous experience, but not unpleasant.

A good stay for the price. Beds are a little uncomfortable (bouncy and a little firm). A/C works great. Thin walls (especially near the roadway). Great staff. Gated parking

One lamp didn't work, the TV never turned on, the AC couldn't be adjusted and I was cold throughout my stay, some power outlets didn't work, and the curtains were in poor condition; overall, it's a 2/5—if you want more security and comfort, pay a little more somewhere else

Absolutely disgusting hotel. My room smelled like cigarettes, found 2 large dead bugs on my bed. I left after an hour

Pretty basic hotel. Clean rooms. Adequate service. Pool was still covered so a bit of a bummer. You do have to pay for parking though considering that they have a gaurd posted at the gate all night, I didnt mind it. Basic things in the room. If you need a place just to rest, 5his is a good spot with decent rates.

Parking fees and bugs at night on the floor when you sleep

The rooms are always clean..air conditioning works REAL good since I've been there.

It’s nice that the parking is $10 a night. The hotel itself is ok just not super clean. Our coffee maker had suspicious crusty white stuff all over it. The towels were tiny and the stairs were broken so be careful when you walk! Overall you get what you pay for. Pool was closed even though it’s summer time.

You get what you pay for with Gateway hotel. It was affordable and located near the landmarks of D.C. The area was ok, but definitely keep your guard up just in case. I did hear yelling outside my hotel room one night, so it’s a bit “ghetto”. I did not get fresh towels one day, so the next morning I asked the front desk lady the reason why and she explained that due to staffing shortages, room service must be personally requested. I understand that, but I was not made aware of staffing shortages when I checked in which made me frustrated. I did not receive an apology, only a sneer and grin from the front desk receptionist. Not highly recommended, but if you Just need a room, bed, bathroom for a few nights if you’re staying in DC, it’ll do.
