I would not consider this place a boutique hotel. Any time you are dealing with the reception staff through bulletproof glass leaves you with the feeling that you might be in a sketchy location.

The rooms clearly haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The floors were covered in hair, dust, and crumbs, and the bathroom floor was covered in layers of water stains in front of the sink as if its never been cleaned between customers. It felt incredibly unsanitary. Avoid this place at all costs.

Loved my Stay at this place! Friendly Staff..... FREE parking! Super Deluxe Room with everything Awesomely awesome! Just missing a bath mat because bath tub slippery and outlet in bathroom didn't work! The area is a bit Rough but no issues. Target around the corner if you forget something like me! 😀 Bus stop around the corner, but Taxi for 20 bucks to National Mall was perfect. Some long term residents, but they were nice. No pot smell which was a plus. Really liked this place and for the price would stay again.

Good stay uni

They need to remodel restrooms. It’s old broken and looks unclean

Decent place to stay if you are traveling on a budget. Beware though that the area is still gentrifying. The hotel is in a remote area of the city. You will end up paying for a shared ride to get to the attractions. If you want to take public transportation downtown be aware of your surroundings. There is a Target and Mom’s Organic a block away.

Parking lot was littered. Lot had motorized scooters laying all over.

Beds were comfortable. Very loud. Other guests were disruptive during the night.

Went well over all, saw a bug out side of the room but once I entered everything was legit. Came with a fridge and microwave.

Room is smelling of smoke (cigarette), air conditioner noises.

While generally clean, the room amenities were not good: for example, the room was not equipped with a hair dryer; there were only two thin bath towels, a small face towel and a shower (bath tub) towel. There was only one roll of toilet paper. The phone lacked a dial tone and was't fixed during our stay. The price for the stay was just right.

Nothing, very dirty Dearth and smell bad, very noisy

Room was spacious, The sliding door at washroom with no lock was quite odd to me. There was barely any light in the room. Not much to eat nearby and farther, lot of parking issue.

The power didn't go out. There was hot water in the shower with good water pressure. No one stole anything from our room. That's about it. We were a family of 4 spending 7 nights there and they only wanted to alot us 2 towels for the entire stay. He broke down and gave us 2 more towels, but there was no housekeeping over the course of 7 nights, so we were constantly asking at the front desk for coffee, etc. There was also no ice bucket and only decaf coffee in the room the first night, which wouldn't have been a big deal, if that was the only thing. It was in a sketchy area. They advertised it as being in a trendy area. That was an absolute falsehood. We were awakened 5 separate nights (between 1:50 a.m. and 3:45 a.m.) by people outside our door talking yelling and carrying on, which is an indication of poor management.
