Hampton Inn Washington DC NoMa Union Station

The hotel shares a drive & parking garage with Homewood Suites, hard/confusing to find. Hotel itself was clean, room was fine. However, we were on street side & heard traffic & trains all night.

Wallpaper torn in bathroom. Only one trash receptacle in room. None in bathroom. Iron was broken. Just a surprise for a Hilton product.

Parking sucked, Black spots on the sheets, No ice bucket and Carpet needed to be replaced. Pool was out of service that was unacceptable that was my wife's plans while I was at a conference. So that left her with nothing to do. So I guess you would say the accommodations was a joke!!

The Hotel and Room were very clean. Breakfast delicious very good food options. The pool was being maintenanced and not available.

Good stay even though it was for one night. Property well kept and clean. Loved the room which was spacious and clean. The pillows were kind of flat and bed a bit lumpy but had no issues with back the following morning. However, the breakfast on Sunday 6/20, was a little lacking. For one the food served was cold and the chicken looked undercooked. Store pantry was not well stocked. Overall it was a 4 outta 5 for this stay. I would return.

Except for paying extra $55 * tax per day for parking fee.

One of the few hotels that includes breakfast and the lobby is always clean.

The location was a good location. The free shuttle was great and the driver was friendly. I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t clean our room until the last full day of our 7 day stay. We were there from Monday to check out day on Sunday and our room was only cleaned on that Saturday. The first night of our stay our shower drain was clogged due to a previous tenants. The third night I had to call the front desk to ask for more towels and a trash bag so I can gather the trash due to no cleaning services were given to my room on the third day. Our room keys kept not working everyday of our stay. The hotel inside pool on that Friday was full of mosquitoes and so we couldn’t enjoy the pool without being bit. Also, the booking app did not say that I would have a $75.00 per day hold on my card. Oh and WiFi was iffy. Overall the staff and the room itself were great and clean.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. We appreciated how quiet the hotel was. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided great service throughout our visit. The room itself looked clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, and the shower curtain was visibly dirty. This small issue took away from an otherwise positive stay."

Very clean , staff was very polite and helpful , parking was expensive but convenient and hassle free. Great location if you are planning to uber or catch public transportation. They allowed me to check in early which was very helpful as well. Will definitely stay here the next time I travel to DC

They have a car parking facility, but to use that, I had to pay $65 for one night. The cost of car parking and the behavior of the front desk person.

The breakfast staff was amazing , they were so kind and always ready to help with any needs .. the housekeeping staff and frint desk so nice as well! The location , it’s not too bad though
