Great location, staff was helpful

The room was well equipped with dimmers for every light, excellent shower pressure, comfortable bed, plenty of room. small refrigerator, and large TV with many channels. The food quality was great and the restaurant had outside seating, very pleasant overall. The staff was very polite and helpful.

There were also a couple pieces of trash on the floor of my room when I checked in.

Staffer when I checked in seemed annoyed. She seemed more put out when I returned after checking in asking for another room since I reserved a room with a “city” view. The room she gave me had a view of the parking lot in the back of the property. So she gave a room on the second floor in the front of the hotel with plenty of street noise from traffic on 16th St. And also noticed on leaving or returning she would never acknowledge guests though I found other staff very helpful and friendly. Bathroom had weird stains on the wall next to the sink area.

I loved all of the staff at this hotel. They were so accommodating and we will definitely be back!

The staff is exceptional and they're always willing to go above and beyond. The restaurant and breakfast options are a must do. All in all, why would you stay anywhere else?

Great hotel!

Hotel was very moldy. Husband woke up with a sinus infection and itchy eyes and cough. Room and hallway smelt damp.

Just a great hotel. Excellent location for getting around DC. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic. Housekeeping was friendly. My husband said it's one of the nicest hotels he has stayed in, and he has traveled the world. Will definitely stay here again.

Well located. Close to DuPont and Logan Circles. The happy hour from 5 to 6 was refreshing from a long day of site seeing. Only negative is the restaurant. A bit pricey for breakfast (breakfast was not included with our reservation) and for dinner the food was mediocre.

My stay was excellent from the time I arrived to the time I left. Staff was amazing

The room was very clean, the front staff was very helpful. All amenities worked as they should have. Overall very happy with our stay.

The room and hotel were very clean the staff was extremely helpful food was really good outdoor seating was perfect all of attractions memorials museums etc are really close by would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was delicious & the staff were all so nice throughout. My only niggle was the fact that there is a fab seating area outside but the bar doesn’t open until 5pm which seems a pity as after coming back from a day exploring the city it would have been nice to relax with a drink in the sunshine.
