The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the shower—it had plenty of space and an amazing shower head that made it a real standout. I also want to give special recognition to the ladies working in the early morning when we checked out. The system was having issues and wasn’t cooperating, but they were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Most importantly, they followed through on every promise they made regarding the reconciliation of our bill. Their commitment to making sure everything was taken care of properly truly stood out. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent staff, comfortable accommodations, and great attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Location. Lobby Blankets. Damp feeling in room. Rooftop only for events. Expensive drinks at bar. Very small room. Ice makers were broken. Pillows too soft.

They accidentally processed the incidentals amount for two rooms twice on my credit card, which withdrew 600 dolars from my account. Then they made another mistake which made them return only 28 dollars, instead of 572. I called 14 times and it took 4 separate corrections on the incidentals until they finally understood what was happening and not a single apology was issued. Ridiculous.
