It is in a good location. The property is older but it is acceptable. The room is clean. The price is reasonable.

Very old outdated hotel. The TV in my room didn't work. Called maintenance, he brought new TV, but wasn't able to make it work. Door in my bathroom didn't close properly. Electronic keys demagnetized three times. I saw three big rats right outside the entrance to the hotel. And hotel does not provide any parking.

I Would like that they including breakfast

This is a great hotel in a fun DC neighborhood for people on a budget. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, and I had a recently updated bathroom. The room could have used a full length mirror. For the price, you can't get much better!

I was moved from one room to another. The first room had a lumpy carpet, no outside view, a half broken faucet and a half broken drawer. It's a safe spot, in a good location, and has helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was quaint but incommodious. My only issue was not having a ramp to transport my heavy suitcase to the help desk. Crazy work in 2026

Bathrooms were tiny - bed was not that comfortable but for the price it was sufficient, no desk or desk chair.
-
The sink had hot water but the shower had no hot water. Also there was parking in the back of the hotel and paid parking at the hotel next door but when I checked in I asked about parking and the desk clerk told me they had none and I should try to park on the street.

They should just invest more in cleaning their rooms.

Because of the humidity, the air conditioning was great since there was a dry setting. The heat setting smelled like smoke, so avoid coming here during cold months. Online it says that they offer breakfast, but all they have is tea, hot water, cups, a toaster, and a microwave. Be prepared to bring your own food. The environment with peeling wallpaper, a hole in the ceiling, a made bed, desk and chair, a tv, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap makes for an okay place to sleep and shower. Not luxury, it’s just okay.

Comfortable beds! A good location.

Room is smaller than it appears on the website. No refrigerator in the room. Most of the staff are well trained.

The room was really small. Had to take the scary little elevator downstairs to use any amenities. Nothing but a bed and a little tv that didnt work in the room. They mentioned on the site that there was no on site parking. When I asked where customers park the guy said I had to find somewhere. And that there were places. No recommendations, just good luck. I had to pay an extra 100 dollars to park my car a half mile away. I could've paid 60 but I wouldn't be able to get my car back until my paid time was over.

I believe it could have been cleaner, but overall, it was good. The AC was very noisy.

Very small room but very clean.
-
Shower was poor, not much water pressure. Terrible WiFi service, had to go to other places or other hotel lobbies. Clean sheets although some bath towels had stains. A/C worked well.

Our room was very clean, the hotel is.older but in a great location. A parking garage is on the next street, fairly short walk. That other street had a whole foods, cvs and restaurants. If the hotel reads this id encourage them to chg out their older big tank toilets, I think theyd save a lot of money on their water bills.

Toilet barely works Keycard doesn’t work most of the time, door just refuses to open after light flashes green Zero storage, there’s one small desk and a tiny hanging rack Bedding wasn’t very clean TV remote lights up but doesn’t work with tv Not handicap accessible, terrible if you have a big suitcase, you’ll have to drag it up 2 small flights of stairs to get into the hotel Internet: 12 separate networks, guessing game which works, half don’t connect, some say wrong password. Asked staff and they said to just try them til you find one that works, we never did Elevator very small and seems unstable (don’t think more than 2 people should be in it) Pro: AC works well, though with the humidity in the room it doesn’t always help
