Breakfast was a little underwhelming.

Everything was excellent

Parking is expensive.

Room was excellent. Big and spacious. The exercise facilities were subpar. Didn’t have towels when I went, treadmills are lower end. Lots of space to do HIIT workouts though. Breakfast was good, better than most although didn’t have waffle maker which seemed to annoy some people.

Our stay was great with the exception and the fact that there was a view of a crackhead smoking crack outside of our window and the view was of the dumpsters when we took our vehicle to the valet the valet damaged our vehicle. I notified the staff and I'm waiting to hear back. Took my car to our dealership and the exhaust was cracked in half. This is a new vehicle and it wasn't damaged when we gave it to the valet. The estimated repairs are just over $2,000. Wasn't happy with that but other than that the stay was wonderful we were only in town overnight. We were there to visit the veterans memorial. Myself and other veterans were honored. Please ensure that valets are honest enough to let us know when they've damaged our vehicles. I heard the difference in the sound and thought maybe it was because we were underneath an overhang looked underneath the vehicle and when I wanted to ask the valet what happened she handed my grandson the keys and took off. Eventually she came back and I tipped her because again I was unaware of the damage that was done. Again, I notified your staff immediately once I took the car to have it evaluated. What a breath of fresh air this hotel is. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great for families. Convenient location to all attractions with valet parking.

Overall the Cozy stay, staff was friendly, I just was expecting it to be a bit more updated, as there was something that I felt like could have been updated as such as the room and the lobby. Otherwise I had a good stay.

The hotel is clean and the staff are pleasant; I’ve stayed there twice and would recommend it. The breakfasts are tasty, and a big plus is its good location.

This booking experience was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had with a hotel booking for Hilton. There was a family of 6, a family of 4, and a family of 2 ( mother and daughter) whom were affected by the poor decision of the hotel staff who decided to cancel all of our prepaid hotel reservations with Hilton on the first day of check in. We were not given advance notice that they were going to cancel our prepaid hotel reservations with Hilton. We showed up a 4 pm to check in and were told that we no longer had a reservation at this time. The other part that made this unfortunately situation even more worse was how devastating the daughter of one of the other cancelled reservation guests reacted. The young girl actually had an anxiety attack after hearing that her reservation was cancelled on the same day of check in. She panicked and her mother was the only one who tried to comfort her not the hotel staff cared. hotel booking for Hilton. The location is well located to the public transportation stops and the Metro Line. It is also in a good and safe location of D.C.. The hotel also had an excellent Social Event for guests that was very good. The room was as expected and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. A good option for anyone wanting to visit Washington, D.C.. No issues.

Our room was clean and comfortable, we were able valet park our car for the entire trip and walk everywhere. It’s nicely located to all the sights. If we come back to D.C. we will be staying here!
