If you want soemhting cheap and close this is it other than that wouldn’t recommend. No staff on site to help and barely any housekeeping.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was overall really cozy, and the staff was very nice.

The shower had mold on the ceiling and mold on the shower curtain. Lights were flickering the entire time. Carpet had stains and looked dirty.

From the outside and website look good, as soon you get there is not safe marble steps broken, smell old, communication just thru text messages

I had an excellent 2-night stay at this hotel in Washington. I was very satisfied with my experience. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to the main attractions. The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

1. Toenail clippings on the bedside table upon check-in. 2. No response from management when I sent a toenail clippings photo and request for a new room. 3. Shower only had a curtain; needed a glass door. As a result, water pooled outside of the shower into the rest of the bathroom. 4. Shower mat gets mildew-y after 24 hours. No proper hooks to hang mat and towels. More mildew. 5. Management doesn't answer phone. 6. 4 days with no housekeeping -- supposed to come every other day. 7. Management responded to a text AFTER I got a hold of the Chicago FOUND location manager -- he was able to track down the DC manager, somehow. 8. Chicago FOUND manager is lovely! Too bad he couldn't get me the 20% discount for no housekeeping. 9. Next day, we run into the housekeepers in the hallway, and they didn't even have us on their list for the day. Luckily, we were able to get them to clean our room and replace our towels for us. 10. TV didn't work. 11. AC so old it would turn on/off throughout the night - wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of DC summer.

Great location, easy to access and quiet.

I am a French reporter. I was there for a family and a work trip. I did not want to spend too much money. I loved the location with restaurants , supermarkets , cute coffee stores one block away , the bed is super confortable and bed sheet perfect ( texture smell clean). I liked the view from my window too . So quiet. The personnel was really welcoming . There is special vibes when you come in this place, I can’t tell what. These one that makes you feel relax and good right away I wish they could have a little gym but prices are cheap so we can’t have everything.
