Hotel Madera

Location of the hotel was somewhat close to everything! The front desk staff were very friendly and also the bartender was nice. I wasn’t impressed with the room service. The room on the first day was clean but it was horrible the day after. They didn’t clean or replace the sheets plus we ran out of toilet paper and tissue paper and they didn’t refill them. I wasn’t happy with the room service at all.

Location. Spacious upscale rooms. Great property overall. I didn’t like that I was charged parking valet and early check in when one I didn’t valet any car; I don’t drive nor had a driver nor checked in early. I called my bank. No problem, Just a weird suspect thing.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was exceptional. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. A little expensive but overall great!

All the staff were friendly and helpful; great location that was short walk to restaurants and metro; large comfortable room with good shower and bed. Definitely recommend this hotel!

I liked how big and how much space the room had it was also very quiet and peaceful you didn’t really hear much and the bathroom was bathroom with good lighting and the bed was really comfortable it was nice me and my boyfriend enjoyed our night

I like the view, how it is in the city not far from things and had a restaurant right next store which was amazing! It could have been a little cleaner, nicer, etc. for the price. Our towels were dirty, there was dust and hair and grime on the side tables, rug and floors needed to be swept and cleaned.

Big rooms with balcony, clean and modern . They have carbonated water dispencer on floor levels which is really nice and free

We’ve stayed here 3 times in the past 2 years and our stays have been excellent from the valet service, to the front desk personnel, to the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The location is also excellent with easy walking access to anything one would most likely need. We will definitely be back!

Lovely room and location

First room wasn’t clean had to switch…second room was cool …hotel was more mid for my room to be a King Suite

The food was excellent and the staff made us feel like family. Tina, Patrick, & MJ are great! The room was very spacious with nice amenities. The staff in the lobby was always friendly. The bar stools are not very comfortable. The bar should open at 2pm. The bed was too hard. A little snack shelf and soda fridge to buy from would be nice.
