In all major cities I have been able to find a lot better room with this much amount

On night two there were no big towels. I had to go to the front desk ans they gave me one big towel and one small towel for two people who needed to shower, and said that's all they had left. How does a hotel RUN OUT of towels? Also, I booked a non-smoking room and when we walked in our room it reeked of cigarettes.

Good value price and being a motel you can park for free outside your door. Room had a faulty A/C unit, and we were moved to another room which also had a faulry A/C unit. When we asked for another room we were told to check out as there were no other rooms, even though Booking.com showed 4 rooms available that night when we checked. We got a full refund but the confrontation at the front desk was tense.

The room had no view,it's okay for a one night stay

Location, affordability, security, clean and comfortable beds. Need more towels and toiletries. My only observation based on other stays. A restful night otherwise. I would stay again. Thank you for a short notice accommodation stay. More towels and toiletries.

No microwave in room. Ice machine was upstairs. The front desk did not have cash change so we could leave the maid a tip. Gave us 2 room keys but only 1 worked. A bit noisy inside the room with all the trains, metro rail and traffic surrounding the area, but that is city life.

Location is a little far from a metro station.

Bed frame. The frame was adapted to the size of the mattress, which kept sliding to one side and exposing the metal supporting beam of the frame. My wife hit her leg a few times in this metal frame beam, and I also hit my knee in this same beam, which caused my knee to bleed. When I booked this hotel, breakfast was mentioned to be included, but when I was at the hotel, the staff told me that there was no breakfast. Very disappointing!!

the room was kinda dirty, there were bugs in the sheets, and the room smelt like marihuana because someone was smoking right outside

The bed was really comfortable and the fridge was decent. Floors were a little cracked and the showerhead was a little leaky

This hotel is a great option for budget-friendly stays. The room was comfortable and decorated nicely. I really appreciated the free parking and friendly staff. It is very close to everything if you drive or take public transportation. Union Market District is within walking distance and lovely for the food market.

Stained sheets and hair (not my own) everywhere. I was able to check in an hour earlier

The tubs were cracked and rusty, lack of towels and when we asked room service for more she told us there wasn't any. The towels were also super small

we got a smoking room while we asked for non smoking. :-(
