Nice hotel. Nice room. The problem for us that the comforter was too heavy and the provided blanket was too light. We didn't sleep well. Asking for alternatives was not possible.Breakfast was standard and boring, except you have to wait for coffee. Service is nice but they were overwhelmed. Parking is extremely expensive but there are inexpensive parking lots nearby. We liked the free hop bus

Our experience in Georgetown was amazing. The location was very good—clean and safe, close to everything, with a bunch of nice restaurants and healthy places around. The service in the hotel was just amazing. Esther, the front desk girl, was so nice, amazing, and helpful—she made our experience the best!

Westin hotels can be 9/10 or 4/10. This was a four. It’s good depending on what do you need. I only slept there it was ok

location Excellent The totaling unethical manner in which the Reservation was made and the record keeping method that was/is used is a racket (intentional??) ....I was lied on the front end by Bookings and then by the front desk at departure.....when i asked for Final Billing (and confirmed upon receipt)...I ask the desk clerk if that $155( those expense that i had just received) he said . That is entire/total money was owed owed to Westin....then upon return to my home there is an charge to my credit card for $704.26 ......when i called in to explain that your company lied to me......Liz did not disagree and offered me some S&H Green stamps to use at my next westin stat=.......fat chance of that occurrence........call if you would like to hear in person 785 979 9547

Well located, rooms were comfortable, but a little outdated. Staff is nice and courteous but they are not able to solve problems. They have limited abilities. They charge a destination fee that it’s a scam.

All employees were wonderful - the receptionist and the breakfast crew - kind and patient and helpful. The gym is really nice. Breakfast was decent. Room was not cleaned properly. Sheets were ripped (4stars - not so sure). Room service was no service - a delivery in a bag with plastic forks and knives. The food was terrible.

Staff was very professional, accommodating an and tried to assist with the issue. However the Hotel A/C went out. Called front desk at 4a and they put me in another room on another floor that had no A/C and high humidity. The most miserable night ever.

Great location. Rooms and pool feel a bit old.

Stayed during a heat wave and the air conditioning was terrible. Room was at least 80 degrees. The elevator was cooler than our room. I asked for a different room and they provided me a fan. It helped but not enough. In addition the ceiling had a leak dripping water on the floor. Hotel was a good location, walking distance to everything. Was over all clean.
