Nitpicking here but the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working but front desk got us an ice bucket fairly quickly. Great spot for Georgetown but not the best for visiting the Capital, The Mall & museums, but the Ritz is worth the uber ride to stay there.

We expected this hotel to exceed our expectations and that was exactly what happened. The location of the hotel is not very far from the museums places but is also 10 min walk from a metro station being more convenient for people that likes using the public transportation. The cleanliness of the room was great. Twice per day there was someone that came to check the room and to clean. Our room was with 2 queens bed and was pretty large for our need. We felt very comfortable when we were inside. The room had also an access to the lounge club. If I understood well the lounge is opened 24/7 but for food/drinks there are specific hours during the day. The lounge personnel was very helpfully and they did all they could for us to feel great there. We stayed there during the 4th of July US holiday and FIFA World Cup. That makes our time more enjoyable watching the soccer games. The hotel has also a restaurant that can be used but for us was enough what the club lounge supplied in terms of food/drinks The entire hotel personnel is very helpfully and they will do everything to make your hotel experience unforgettable. If you came by car there is a valet option or a self underground parking. Whatever will work for you. We will come back anytime with pleasure on this hotel if will be again on our way.

The service and staff are outstanding. Andrew at reception was terrific. The club level is worth it and the concierge staff there are fantastic and go above and beyond. Jenny and Kathy were standouts, but everyone was just terrific in the club lounge. Stayed 9 days while high school daughter participated in a program at a local university and toured colleges. Hotel is in a great location and we never waited more than 2 minutes for an Uber. I’ve stayed at many Ritz Carlton Hotels and this hotel by far had the best service. Well done and thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Access to paid per day Equinox was good. Great central location in the city. Staff mostly amazing. Room cleaning attention to detail not as good as it should be.

The Ritz Carlton DC is a wonderful hotel where they pay attention to detail. Being greeted with champagne and personal service had me charmed. I loved the evening turn down service.
