Not much else to praise. For a hotel that is supposed to be in the above average it misses most our expectations. Worst complaint was the toilet. It was of the way old style that was difficult for a couple of 82 years oldsters to get down to and rising was no easy task. It would be great for wee folk but not for members of elders nor anyone with physical problems. And funniest thing we encountered was driving by without seeing a sign indicating that we arrived. No sign at all was visible and we have never encountered this before and we have traveled all around the USA and many countries around the world. We did eventually when we came by from the other direction. It was approximately 40 feet from the highway and blind to all travelers coming from one direction until they would be in front of the driveway. The vegetation was higher than the sign and was impossible to see through. Can't imagine why facility didn't get the sign much closer to the road and kept the vegetation under control. Definitely on the "NEVER AGAIN" list.

No complaints. Arrived late and left early. Had to search floors for a working ice machine. Not a serious hardship.

The room was nice and clean the staff were very nice and caring! Regina and Gabriel were very helpful , nice and respectful! The only thing I had an issue with is the guest above me were blasting music so loud that I would not hear anything but Gabriel did handle it and it did stop .

As I told the desk clerk at checkout, Our toom had a funky oder, it smelled like feet. I bought a can of Lysol and sprayed the carpets and the a/c unit every time we left the room, to no avail. It still stunk. Also, I know I was there over the weekend, but the carpets in the 1st floor hall still had little circular beads all over it. The landing on the 1st floor of the fire exit stairs had a lot of crumbs all over it. I've stayed there several times and never had these problems before. The breakfast area was nice and clean, but Monday morning it wasn't very well stocked with baked goods, or fruits.
