Waterbury Motel

The rooms smelled like cigarettes, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work, the sheets and cigarettes burns on them and the bed had hair and blood on it. There was someone hiding under the stairs smoking something not sure what it was but being in the building smoking anything is crazy👎👎👎

The property was dirty with a dangerous group sitting out front. The room was not even cleaned before we arrived. I inspected the room and refused to stay there.

Sketchy as hell!

This place is not for family. Don’t understand how this place is on expidian. This is a terrible place. The location is terrible. Please do not take this please for you or your family. The pictures is not the reality. Nothing!

It was so disgusting that we didn’t stay.

The bed was okay.

Don’t ever go anywhere near this motel! There are no amenities. The pillows were threadbare, and the comforter had cigarette burns all through it. It smelled strongly of marijuana and there were people loitering outside. We did not even stay.

There was blood on the sheets roaches an it was just awful and needs to be shut down

The whole place was disgusting

the roof over my head staff not too friendly and does not give you what you need unless you hound them a half a dozen times and get bitched at every time I ask.... and by the way .. this was for sheets and towels .. I went 2 days with the power blown in all outlets in room including ceiling loght. bathroom was okay. couldn't turn on fan... or watch tv. had to get a lamp and extension cord from my storage unit because they were so I cooperative .

Everything was broken n dirty

I didnt even sleep the night. I parked, looked sketchy from the outside and for good reason. Walked up and was approached by a gentleman upon reaching the door who followed me in trying to get my number, telling me he could provide me with anything I wanted or needed. Staff informed me at check in that it was cash only. Did not want to give me my id back until i returned the room key but I wasnt allowing anyone to just keep my id. Go into the room where there was no heat and the window was left open. This is Feb with 2 ft of snow outside. The room was disgusting. Light was so dim you couldnt see without opening the curtain. Didnt even step foot in the bathroom. The pictures dont show the real condition inside. Enough free parking for about 6 cars if the parking lot is cleared but it wasnt. Im not expecting super nice with the price but for $10 more I went to Days Innand slept comfortably after driving a long time.

Everything!!!! The tv didn’t work the heat was shotty. Towel flimsy etc etc etc. I’m not understanding why a well established company like yourselves would get in business with a company like that. Well that my two cents on the matter. WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO

WORST ROOM SND ESTABLISHMENTS IVE EVER BEEN. ENDED BY SEEING A ROACH FOR 70$ BUCKS. JUST DISGUSTING

This was absolutely the worst motel in the history of motels. The place was abhorrent. They didn't even bother to vacuum the carpet in the room when I got there. There are some places you go and when things are wrong.You can tell it also places where you go and stay
