Great hotel
-
I loved the gym - it is on the top floor - has free weights, treadmills, mats, exercise balls, leg press, and two other machines for upper body strength. Rooms were beautiful. Restaurant is great. Only thing that would be nice would be to have a microwave in each room as opposed to the one microwave that is located at the end of each floor. This doesn't really match the feeling of the rest of the hotel. Also, it would be nice to not have to pay for parking - 3 nights cost me $42 dollars. Also, no breakfast - just coffee. Other than that, I liked the hotel a lot!

I got charged for parking and it was supposed to be free parking 👎

Clean room

Came for a work trip. Will return to the property in the future for all my overnight work stays in this area.

Upon checking in, our initial room was dirty, and the outlet next to the bed did not work. Because we had plans to attend the Wisconsin State Fair, we had to leave immediately to meet friends. However, when we returned at 10:00 PM to unwind, got into bed and discovered the TV was completely out of service. Called the front desk forced us to get out of bed, get dressed, repack all of our luggage, and haul it to a new room at 10:30 PM. To make matters worse, the second room we were moved to was also uncleaned, with leftover food remaining in the refrigerator. We were far too exhausted at that point to move a second time, so we slept and checked out first thing in the morning. On a previous visit, I was assigned a room with a shattered TV screen. Moving rooms late at night due to poor housekeeping and neglected maintenance is unacceptable. Given the lack of cleanliness and the severe inconvenience, I hope you will take immediate steps to address your housekeeping standards and room inspections.

Great location with nice amenities. Onsite restaurant and bar was a plus. Great location.

This was a stay for FOUR. Not 2. We had TWO towels so my boys had to go get towels, There refrigerator was super dirty so the drinks we brought, were left on the counter. I mean who wants their food and drinks in a dirty fridge ya know? The AC in the room did not work. This was one of the times my boys went to the front desk to let them know. STILL, nothing was done. We booked here because it was somewhat close to the state fair. The price for ONE night was absolutely over the top. Understandable. The hotel is beautiful.... had good reviews, etc. I paid it thinking it would be a great stay. Turned out to be a very upsetting one, to say the least. I tried calling several times and nothing was done. It would be lovely to receive a refund of some sort. Anyway, my family and I did not enjoy this stay sadly. Thank you!

Paying for Internet access was uncalled for in this day and age.

The staff is amazing helpful.

It was a very nice stay with a clean, comfortable room and bed. We heard no noise at night and the view was good. All personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. I would suggest that they plan to have more coffee brewing in the morning though because several of us had to wait for the next batch to be delivered.

Breakfast and waiter were great! I stayed there because of a wedding reception I was attending. Nice flooring instead of carpet in room. Every employee, except for the man at front desk was very pleasant! For the price, not a bottle of water in the room?. When I mentioned it to receptionist, he literally said nothing and just looked at me. Bed was comfy, pillow awful. Hard as a rock. The cleanliness: shower grout was moldy, hair on the sink and a FINGERNAIL CLIPPING on the in-room settee. Yuck. Noise carried from elsewhere until around midnight- I was on floor 4.
