The location was ideal and made it very easy to get around and access everything we wanted to do during our stay. I also really appreciated that the property is dog-friendly. Being able to travel with our dogs was a huge plus and made the trip much easier. One thing I would love to see added is a fully enclosed dog area where guests could safely let their dogs run and play. That would be a great addition and would make an already dog-friendly property even better. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our stay that were very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. We were assigned an ADA-accessible room, which was not what we expected or requested. More importantly, the room had several maintenance issues that significantly impacted our stay. The refrigerator would not close properly, resulting in a large block of ice building up inside. The toilet also leaked, and the shower would not drain properly, leaving me standing in ankle-deep water while showering. While we appreciated that the property allowed us to bring our dogs, the room had a noticeable wet-dog odor. I understand that pet-friendly rooms may have some additional wear and tear, but the smell was strong enough to be noticeable and made the room less comfortable. Another issue was the placement of the designated smoking area directly next to the dog area. Anytime we took our dogs outside, we were frequently exposed to people smoking, with smoke blowing directly toward us. I understand the need to accommodate both smokers and guests with pets, but I feel these areas could have been positioned farther apart to provide a more comfortable experience for everyone. We paid over $800 for a two-night stay, and given the condition of the room and the issues we experienced, I do not feel the property was not worth what we paid.

Better than I expected. The staff were the best. They went out their way to make our stay a good one. They had everything here a pool, a nice gym,a fire Pitt, BBQ grill. The rooms were more on the high end for extended stay. Every extended stay hotel i been to was not as clean and updated as this one. I would come here again. Definitely! Mary overnight lady at desk and Justin i think his name was were just great. Awesome place. Only thing I would add is a hot tub.

Two-night stay while visiting relatives. Very convenient location with very attentive, friendly staff. The room had everything we needed and more. Will use this facility again in the future.

We stayed at this hotel in 2025 and 2026. The quality of the hotel has gone down during that time period. This is a corporate issue. The studio kitchen had visible sticky food on it upon arrival and the pans had been scraped /usable to cook. The front desk women who checked us in was happy to provide new pans to us. We washed the rest of the dishes upon arrival because there was dust/dirt on them. The bathroom also had remnants of prior guests (dirt/hair). The pool was not usable during our stay and when asked at the end of the stay about how our time was we noted that the pool was too cloudy and the odor was a sign not to swim in it. The front desk person proceeded to act astounded about the feedback. Over 7 days, in a pool that was packed last year, we only saw a few people use it. It was murky and at one point closed due to a chemical problems. But also, if you ask a customer for feedback, don’t proceed to try to gaslight them into believing their experience did not happen. 2025- rating of 9, 2026- rating of 7. We will try another Hotel chain next year.

The shower didn’t drain and water spilled all over the lip and onto the bathroom floor. There was long hairs on the shower floor so when it flooded here was everywhere.. due to the situation I wasn’t able to shower neither of my Fiance. This made our stay horrible. I expected more from this hotel and was thoroughly dissatisfied..

The whole place and our room were exceptionally clean and well maintained, we were able to request and receive a pack n play that was obviously clean, looked like new! Our room had a lot to offer as well, making our stay easier. Full fridge, stovetop comfy beds and the list could go on. The amenities were spectacular! The pool was heated so our littles wanted to just play and play! The patio and firepit were sublime after dark and breakfast was delicious! We especially enjoyed the waffles. When checking out the morning attendant was also very pleasant and helpful. Over all, our stay here was exactly what we needed. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Room was clean, hotel was quiet, and staff was helpful.

Used as a homebase for Brewers games. Only about 15 minutes from the ballpark. Nothing walkable in terms of food or anything else. Downtown was only 20-25 minutes, so we had no issues (aside from lots of construction) getting to lakeshore, breweries, etc. Nice outdoor area. No hot tub (that we saw). Convenient, free parking.
