Nexstay Oshin Wayanad

The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The food was exceptional - delicious dinner menu and a decent breakfast spread. The hotel has ample parking available. The rooms lack soundproofing; we were disturbed by noise from children playing in the corridors. The bathroom is missing a shower curtain, causing the floor to get wet during baths. Parking can be challenging during peak lunch and dinner hours since it's shared with restaurant guests, and there's no valet service to assist.

The check-in/out was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Once, they called my room, just to remind me that breakfast is served until 10. Well done. The location is very convenient. The room with the balcony did the job, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was good. No complaints, just maybe points for improvement. Got stuck once in the elevator (because of the power outage, not their fault). However, the safety regulations in the elevators were not in English, hence I did not know what to do. For the cleaning of the room, you either have to tell the receptionist or, apparently, there is a button in the room to notify the cleaners. This was not mentioned when checking in (maybe notify the customers).

All the facilities were excellent. Staff were Amazon very friendly, courteous and took care of every aspect of our stay. It was a great experience and I would 100% recommend this hotel for a stay in Wayanad.

The property was nice and well maintained , the morning front desk staff and the restaurant team was excellent, room service was great and prompt , location was good ,it was a great family experience The spa was a disappointing experience the staff was not at all good and were just trying to finish off the job, I understand that this is not their I house facility it's being outsourced. Morning front office billing also took about 45 mins

But in the front desk behavior was very bad. Front desk very bad behavior. They were questioning for the minibar. Without our usage. They were checking CCTV for the small items in the minibar. For the small item for 60 rupees they were opening guest bag as well. We never experienced like this case. We have paid 200 rupees without asking. We have receipt as well. For small things they were too much from the front desk.

We had made a booking for a short 3 day vacation in Wayanad and booked ourselves in Oshin hotel.(27th to 29th July) When we arrived at Oshin Hotel, I knew I was in for a wonderful experience. Located in the heart of the Kalpetta, this hotel was prominently located with major sight-seeing destinations with a day’s reach. Check-In Experience: Upon entering the elegant lobby, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The staff's greeted us with an authentic drink”Chukku kappi” which exceeded all expectations we had. Room: We stayed in a regular deluxe room, which was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious, with a plush bed. The attention to detail was evident, from the high-quality linens to the well stacked fridge, featuring gourmet snacks, beverages and a selection of fine teas and coffees. The bathroom was a highlight, boasting a rain shower, luxurious toiletries. Check in staff Ms. Farzana escorted us to our rooms and briefed us about the room amenities which was a pleasant experience. Amenities: The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. The ground floor pool offered the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, ensuring that guests can maintain their workout routines. Dining: The dining options at The Oshin hotel are second to none. I had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Oshin Dining Hall, which offers a delightful fusion of local Kerala and continental cuisine. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes and dietary needs. Service: What truly sets The Oshin Hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Nothing comes to mind

Impeccably well maintained property with polite, friendly staff. The food choice at the restaurant and the coffee shop were very good. The hotel is centrally located too and seems a popular choice among locals. Value for money! I did not try room service as the item we wanted was not available. So we preferred opting to go to the restaurant everytime. Would have liked a bar option but that wasn't critical.

The breakfast options were sufficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable albeit small. We dined ala carte at the restaurant and the food didn’t live upto the expectation.. fish fingers mentioned as kanthari did not have the spice!

Best hotel to stay and it is located in centre of the city and excellent service and friendly staff and service is great ?
