The Property is well Located and well Maintained. The Staff are Hospitable and the Rooms are very Comfortable. It is definitely a Good experience for my family and Self. Few Better indoor Games could be added and Maintained.

The property was well located, right in the middle of the plantations, rooms were spacious and clean, staff was very helpful. Food options were not the best neither was the quality of the food available very great. Also since we had booked 2 rooms (traveling with friends) there was no intercom or phone facility in the property that I found was a bit strange and inconvenient, especially when calling the hotel reception or housekeeping. Finally the process of completing the booking and reconfirmation with the property's sales office was a bit of a nightmare - they are clearly not geared for foreign travelers! They also refused to arrange an airport pick up when we arrived which your site states they do - that was not fun!

Location is good and spacious. Gardens are good.Pool is well maintained. Food is OK and limited options for veg and they could give more variety for the amount they charge. Rooms walls are dirty with dampness and fungus on walls, curtains, window blinds and bad smell throughout .Looks like these rooms were not used for a long time and not maintained. Not much options were given as other rooms were the same. The manager asked us to leave when we told that we were not happy and asked to contact booking.com for a refund if needed..We had no other option other than staying in that room after traveling all over from Bangalore and had paid full amount in advance...

The rooms were clean Food was good Pool was maintained well Staffs were humble and helpful Clean and spacious bathrooms Accommodation price is reasonable it was a relaxing , peaceful and close to nature stay Lot of indoor games option and also have trampoline Room walls and the property looks old as they have not painted it . They need to maintain the property rooms . Spa is just expensive and not at all relaxing. we got the rooms for reasonable price but spa compensated that amount . They can still maintain it to windflower standards that we can see in other branches . Indoor board games are very old and hand foot ball is broken .

location and greenery even mineral water bottle was not provided no buffet lunch and dinner buffet also we had to pay extra very expensive rooms needs complete uplift as there are water seepage marks and fungus marks
