The property is very dog friendly and it was nice to see everyone being able to enjoy themselves with thier pets

We loved our cottage so clean and you can tell the staff is so thoughtful. The accommodations were so great for our dog and loved that we could leave him in our cottage for a few hours at a time!

We loved the place. Very nice, comfortable and clean There was a pub height table and 2 chairs in the room. It was cute but for someone with back and hip issues it wasn't comfortable. Also the room was very bright at night. We stayed in one of the rooms not a cabin. It would have been helpful to have an option to darken the room. Mini blinds were present. I just brought a chair in off the deck to sit on. Again, we loved the place and will be back.

Very nice - if cozy rooms in a great location for me. I was traveling for business and this property is much more geared towards Summer tourist as it is on the ME coast - but the price was great for the area so I booked it. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean and in great condition. Nice hot water for shower was also appreciated. My only complaint was that my room had a door connecting to the adjacent room and even with the door closed I could a lot of what was going on next door - better sound isolation would have been nice.

My husband and I had stayed here previously, so in booking with a friend for a two night get away, I knew it would be the perfect place to stay. The owners and staff are so kind and welcoming. It is definitely a dog friendly place to stay with accommodations for those traveling with and without their dog friends. The room itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the cold air conditioning. The pool was a wonderful addition with bathrooms and showers right there. Although not associated with the resort, we really loved the little bakery/restaurant, Baker Bru, right at the end of the parking lot. We will definitely return! Nothing

Always love a pet friendly establishment! Room was very clean and more spacious then we expected! Nice area!

It’s very hard to find something clean and welcoming when you are traveling with pets. The cottages at Drakes Island resorts were perfect for this. We traveled for an extended weekend and rented two cottages one for us and one for our adult children and their dogs. They placed us side-by-side and it was the perfect arrangement. A grassy place to take the dogs out and a communal picnic table and grill were wonderful additions. We found the rooms clean, especially for those that allow pets! We did not take advantage of the game room or the pool, but we could hear fun coming from both. Staff was friendly and you could see them buzzing about on their golf carts making sure every room was cleaned and people have what they needed. An added bonus was the on-site bru café which we walked to every morning for coffee and delicious breakfast. We certainly would stay here again, especially traveling with our four legged friends!

We were met by Sarah, a really wonderful lady. And then, her boss showed up! Chelsea is just as friendly as Sarah. What a wonderful greeting. The grounds were great. There’s a pool, a little dog park and even a pool table!! And, right at the exit onto Route 1, is a yummy, beautiful, bougie breakfast spot. What a selection!

Everything is kept almost spotless clean, the folks who run the place are super friendly and truly care that everyone is safely enjoying themselves. Not one thing.
