Thought I was renting a cottage so booking could be clearer. Location was good. No room service or even clean towels given during stay. Not ideal when your bedding and floor is covered in sand from the beach.

Check in was virtual and easy. Room was cleaned fine by staff, the issue was the level of moisture and musty smell in the unit. All of our clothing ended up feeling damp from being in the unit.

I like the feel of a place that families have been frequenting for years. The amenities are humble, but well maintained. Quarters are close but neighbors were friendly. Nice to be close to the town and beach. Thanks!

The beds very comfortable. The pool and pool furniture is in need of re-model. The hot tub is nice. However the thing that it’s inside of isn’t user friendly hard to get in and out without breaking your neck

Very good experience! Pool was great, there is a hot tub next to it as well which was a nice surprise. All staff we interacted with were great!

It was all keyless check in and check out. The room was okay, but there were cob webs, hair in the tub drain, and a tooth flosser pick on the floor. We never saw management or office personnel in the 3 days we were there. These were not serious issues, so we did not reach out to management, but we would probably look for another place when returning to Wells.
