Breakfast was less than mediocre. Just waffles, som bagels and cereal and weird eggs that had SO much pepper you couldn't eat it. There were also a few very run down people who appeared to be on "something" in there, so we could only gather that they were likely the ones living in the hotel. Overall, we probably won't come back unless there isnt availability anywhere else.

The front desk staff like Gabby and Nick are always so pleasant. They actually remember me by name now. I enjoy working with them. Unfortunately, the housekeeper who was there this time had a huge attitude and even refused to provide me with fresh toweks, even though I handed her my dirty ones. She has made me question my next stay there.

Me and my kids stayed here for 3 days. When we saw the reviews you looked like a decent hotel. The pool was great. The grounds were clean. Seem to be a lot of sketchy people staying there. Our rooms looked like they were updated but they smelled like smoke and chemicals. Maybe it was just on our floor, the first floor which is the basement. But it was musty. I won't stay here again. The breakfast was decent . We couldn't get staff to help us to get garbage bags or bedding.

I appreciated the hotel manager and the accommodations were clean and acceptable. When an serious error was made on their part and they closed us out of our room an hour after we checked-in, taking all of our belongings out, the front desk staff member was unwilling to provide true customer service and wanted instead to explain to me over and over WHY they had made an error. I was more interested in how they were going to correct their error and quickly. She was very unpleasant and has no business providing any type of customer service anywhere, in my opinion. It was surprisingly awful. The hotel manager was kind and friendly and I appreciated him stepping in to help. Unfortunately, when we finally got into another room the bathtub drain didn’t work and half the lights were burnt out.

Rooms needs to be cleaned deeply and with bleach

Room was clean but some repairs definitely needed. The closet doors did not slide (the left side was partly open when I arrived and didn't budge when I tried to close it; same for the other door.) TV remote probably needs a new battery -- several times I had to open the hatch and fiddle with the battery to make it work. I didn't really have any interaction with staff other than front desk (she did point me in the direction of a couple of eating options within walking distance, thanks!) Didn't use the gym or pool.

Clean, new, nice decor. Staff was very accommodating. In my special requests section on booking, I requested an ADA compatible accommodation for my mother who is in a wheelchair, but the property said they didn’t receive this communication. I don’t know if this is a problem on booking’s side or if it is a problem with the hotel or with the hotel chain.

The room had some damage to the bathroom door and frame. The coffee maker was missing the part needed to hold the coffee pack, so was not able to make coffee.

Clean bed, clean shower, clogged sink, first room smelled like cigarettes, we were able to change rooms, no sauna, hot tub had so many chemicals there was a thick foam on top and our eyes were burning after 2 minutes. We will never be back. Highly do not recommend.

Good location in town. The air conditioner was broken in the lobby which was uncomfortable for a 100 degree day. It is certainly NOT a 4 star hotel as noted on this ad, generally similar to aLa Quinta or Super 8 so, more like a 2+.

Pool is open 24/7. I've never been to any hotel that does that. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room we had was very clean and was more than we expected. I would love to stay here again.
