Air conditioning worked well, plenty of parking, i was able to park truck and travel trailer without a problem

Excellent. Always is. Clean, nice staff. Good price.

Under New management has been helpful to this location. Customer service was available and ready to help! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Checking in after midnight was not a hassle. One thing is, if you are local bring cash for down payment!

This was a last minute, change of plans stay over due to the wildfires killing our camping night. Location was great for getting is back onto the hwy to head West. It was decent for a quick stop - I imagine exactly what it is designed for. Defo not a destination property. It was clean, quiet and well positioned so no complaints at all.

Horrible experience...the tub was dirty with the non slip peeling away and black accumulating around the edges. The breakfast was horrible. There were very limited choices. The milk was empty and the gall never returned with it refilled. We ended up going out for breakfast. We didnt get to use the pool and the hot tub was closed. It didnt look like anything special. There were spiky burrs all over the floor and even in the bed. After contacting management, he apologized and offered a 20 percent discount next stay. I will not be going back. It was a waste of money and way overpriced.

Nice outdoor pool !!

The carpet was grimy and there was a blood stain on a pillowcase. The kids liked the breakfast but we didn’t utilize the pool. The man at the front desk was very kind.

Would avoid this property. Our room was missing a shower curtain that we had to install ourselves once we finally received in. The bathroom had a terrible smell when we first arrived. The bedsheets had staining and so did so some of the pillows. This place is very old and not well maintained. Hot tub has been closed forever and there is a random old umbrella laying in the ground with caution tape around it. 90% of the pool chairs were broken, pool was very dirty. They left all the chemicals for the pool just laying there for anyone to grab so watch your kids. Breakfast was okay but the area was very dirty and flies everywhere. This place needs a major rework or to be torn down as it has been neglected for too long. There is a sign at the front desk saying under new management so not sure how long that has been but the place is a definite no to ever come back too. Even if it was free I would pass. Front desk lady was great and tried her best but was new and overwhelmed I think by all the stuff out of her control. Would not recommend.

Shower Hot/Cold were reversed. Door allowed light from hallway in - no way to darken room. Beds not comfortable.

It was good

Didn't use pool or breakfast but both looked nice. The hotel was definitely dated, I can understand where some of the bad reviews come from, but it was fine...you get what you get when booking at Quality Inn and not the Hilton.

I checked in at 3:30 pm the room had not been cleaned at all, when I finally got to the room, the curtain fell off the window when I tried to open it, this was the worst room on this trip
-
The shower had mold we have pictures! And more the lock was broke on our door
-
Lots of stuff

Room was dirty

Room was not very clean, the bathroom and sink area had not been cleaned at all. Afternoon staff was not very pleasant, all though the night staff was very nice and helpful. Not a bad place if you just need somewhere to stay for a night, though the price does not match the amenities.

New mgt is good

Issues with side doors

When I checked in the Gentleman was not the most outgoing and friendly individual I would expect. It was also difficult to understand him! Perhaps, just the Nationality and his ability to speak clear English.

Grandkids loved the pool and room large enough. Deep cleaning needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, cold food as they had no lids or heating elements for it. Just sitting out.
