They are renovating, the room was beautiful, staff were helpful, and to have a keurig is amazing

Great stay

Heidi at the front desk was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

Nice location with easy access to all the different restaurants, parks, Pybus market and biking trails.

Room was clean and comfy, but very loud. Could here the neighbors most of the night even though it seemed they were trying to be quite. Our slider door to the balcony was also very much stuck and hard to open or close. Breakfast was good.

Eggs could be cooked differently or use different eggs, can tell it's fake from a bag & it's slimy and not good! Potato's need to be cooked more they are hard and not soft everyday. everything else is expected juice is alright and waffles as usual with coffee. The hot tub wasn't working and outdoors needs to match the front be more decorative. hot tub and pool in back looks kinda run down could use more effort.

Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Maintenance was nonexistent. Hot tub did work and construction in other rooms you could hear, although they could not come and fix plumbing and clogged toilet in our rooms. Had to repack and move to a down graded room. Had to get towels cus only a couple were supplied in rooms and pool area.

Most of experience was fine, however when initially checking in I was provided the key to an already occupied room, which was embarrassing to walk into. When I informed the front desk I was provided the key to a different room, which I shortly discovered was also occupied. Only on the third time was I given the key to an unoccupied room. I know that I would be horrified if a random stranger walked into the room I was staying in. On the second day of my stay I returned to my room after being gone most of the day to discover my room key no longer worked which required returning to the front desk again to get the card re-activated.

The rooms Were spacious Hot tub was not in service and I called two days prior to make sure pool and hot tub were in service. I was told yes dining area is very small to accommodate people eating the gravy before the biscuits was cold.

The lady upfront helped us out The room we were first assigned was nasty. It had hair and blood under the sheets on the bed. There was pubic hair string toilet and in tub. The second room we were assigned was cleaner but the ac smelled horrible and made the whole room stink. The tub was also not draining which was horrible because we had kids with us and they had to be in it. Last was the pool and hot tub. The pool was clean but the hot tub wasn’t operational and there wasn’t ever enough towels. I wish we would’ve known that, I would have stayed somewhere else.

Very beautiful, simple, exceptionally clean. Has old school charm but updated indoor features. Breakfast okay, The pool is sparkling. Wish they’d fix the hot-tub, over all super lovely place.

TV and lamp didn’t work in our room, our room was also not cleaned the second day even though we asked for it to be. Then the front desk gave me attitude when I asked for clean towels after they didn’t clean our room. It’s definitely not 4 stars, very outdated and the parts that have been remodeled are still cheap and not cleaned well.

I liked that it has a bunch of fast food restaurants around walking distance and drive to other places that are close by. What I didn’t like was that I had a friend go inside to see if she can check in a little early because your guys check in is crazy at 4pm. We had a baseball tournament and had early games so we were done by 12. Anyways she went in and I was calling on the phone to ask as well and she said the lady was just letting it ring not answering no phone calls. I called over and over for an hour no one answered the phone which was RUDE! When we entered the room it had a smell our bathtub was so dirty it looked like there was mudd in it and then there was you know what kind of hair in there not just 1 or 2 or 3 there was quite a bIt of hair. My camera is broken I tried to get pictures but it was kinda blurry. Also we had ants. :/ they put us first floor right by the check in area and it was so loud kids were running around at 11:30pm at night banging on doors yelling and talking then at 6 all I heard was ppl walking back And forth utensils banging from them getting breakfast ready! It was horrible!

Lovely hotel.

El baño no estaba limpio, había pelos por la pared de la bañera, fue algo desagradable. Las almohadas de las camas no están muy confortables.
