Red Lion Hotel Wenatchee City Center

Front desk made it very easy to check in. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. I do feel they should have breakfast start an 6 am on the weekends as the do for the rest of the week

Nice large breakfast area. Outdoor pool was nice. Hotel is outdated, but we had a great time.

Our stay was nice but we were bombarded with tiny ants in room 147. I noticed a few the first night and thought that it happens at times. But the second night after being gone all day there were so many. Some were in the bed and a lot on the night stand between the 2 beds. We were a little grossed out. I had wipes with me so was able to get them at least that we could see. Maybe bug bomb the rooms.

Paid for a room. Was told no rooms were available. They were all double booked and none were clean yet. This was at. 10pm and my wife had surgery next morning at 7am. How were rooms not clean when check out is 11 am and we were checking into my reservation at 10pm. Also got no refund so paid over 100 dollars for a room and had to go to another hotel anyways. Terrible experience

Rooms were very clean very spacious love the location

The property and room were quite run down. The room was musty, light bulb in the lamp flickered, the AC whined the whole time, the fridge door didn't close and had a massive buildup of ice as a result, wallpaper was sagging, carpet was rippled and stretched or taped together, the pool was a nice touch but even that was worn with nails sticking 2+ inches out of the rotted handrails. I could keep adding to the list, but unfortunately the property in general is worn down and in need of a massive overhaul. Having homeless people sleeping in the back of the parking lot was a nice touch as well, since I had to park there.

Room was clean but smelled faintly like urine.

No early check in allowed. Breakfast included.

The carpet in the room was duty

The hotel is well located, and the pool is a nice outdoor pool. It was not very clean when we used it however- which made it less appealing. The entire hotel could be staffed better. This property is old and in need of a refresh. Don’t be fooled by the large modern carport! This is an older hotel that shows its age in the carpeting throughout, the furniture, bathrooms and more.

Location was good for my trip. While the location was good and bed was comfortable, I had no hot water for the practically the entirety of my stay. When I discovered it, I called and their answer was “Yeah it’s been like that all day. Can I help you with anything else?” It was super disappointing to not be notified of this. Even through the whole next day, nothing. There was also nothing offered because of this issue. Additionally, asking about late checkout yielded a response of “Check back later, I don’t know.” I’ll be working with Booking.com to review my options for a refund.

This hotel is too old. We had to move room while stay here cause many rooms toilet had problems.
