There was tar covering multiple surfaces, including the toilet seat, the shower walls, and the shower curtain. This is not only completely unacceptable for a paying guest, but it is also a distinct health and safety hazard. I initially contacted corporate to file a complaint, and the local manager reached out to me. His resolution was entirely unprofessional and unethical: he offered me a "free night" only if I agreed to pay for another night first. I paid for a clean, sanitary room and did not receive one being asked to spend more money to resolve a failure on the hotels part is insulting!

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and air conditioner worked well. Notice long black hair in the shower -stuck in shower curtain folds - (not ours). But not easy to find if you’re pushing the shower curtain open to clean tub! Everything else appeared very clean! Nice to have a full fridge.

Great location, close to riverfront loop trail. Clean, love the mini-kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer. Hair dryer did not blow hot air, only cold.

Very clean and comfortable. Our room clearly hadn’t been prepared when we opened the door, so went back to the desk and the gal immediately gave us another room.

If it had a pool and hot tub would have made it perfect.

The room was very clean and new beds were comfortable.

Location was good. It was not comfortable. It was kind of hard and it had a kitchen in it, but there was literally no pots and pans nothing that you could use if you wanted to cook, so I’m not sure if they took everything out, but you had two burner stove in a fridge but no pots and pans or nothing that you could use if you wanted to cook or do any kinds of food at all no plates no nothing we’re inside the cupboards.

I really liked that it had a kitchen and full size refrigerator. Also the recliner for reading or watching tv was a plus . There were some eateries right across the street that made getting dinner a breeze. The river walk is only one block away. I wish they had ice machines. The one in the room in the freezer made so much noise while I was sleeping, I had to turn it off .
