Reviews

Clean room, great staff and wonderful community.
-
Great property. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. Processed food, packaged eggs etc.
-
I enjoyed everything there.

Breakfast bar is poor

Good location. You need to keep your room key card away from bank cards and mobile phones; otherwise, it gets demagnetized immediately, making it impossible to open the door and forcing you to keep going back to the reception desk to get a replacement. After all, when you travel, you just put the essentials—your key, cards, and phone—in your handbag.

Well-maintained property, clean room, excellent bed. I enjoyed my stay very much. Courtesy car available.

There was one person on the front counter at check-in and the line was 6 deep and the phone ringing, the wait was longer than expected. The room advertised ‘sleeps 5’, when we checked in we were advised we needed to book a roll-away. We got that sorted, however, the room was tiny, outdated and the beds were super uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the roll-away bed, my daughter ended up on the floor as it was more comfortable, the other beds felt like they leaned to the side and we were all going to roll out if we faced the edge. We ended up checking out a day early as we couldn’t handle one more night in those beds. The woman at the front desk never asked for a reason why but was sure to remind me that she couldn’t give me a refund.

Keeping the kids from running around would be appreciated.

Nice comfy rooms, pool was nice. Breakfast- ran out of lots of items no milk for cereal, hot water for tea ect.
-
Very convenient location. Great to have the pool and athletic room. Room and beds very comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times when we visit Wenatchee. Pretty clean nice staff pool is nice. Breakfast isn’t much but beds are pretty comfortable. Only $10 feet hold on your card. There is a lot of places to eat nearby.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very bare minimum, so if you're looking for a decent breakfast, this may not be the place but everything else was great.

This is our go to place to stay when in Wenatchee

Restaurant was closed. Someone set my alarm for 6am in the room. Not cool. Then the next morning, the alarm in the vacant room next to me went off at 6am and woke me up. I had to call the front desk to have them come turn it off. 2 times is a pattern. My guess is hotel staff thinks this is some sort of funny prank. I will not stay at a Coast Hotel ever again. That makes me sad…
