The location on the Columbia. The breakfast service. Our server Morgan. And the next door Pybus Public Market. Guest services made a great restaurant recommendation- Visconti's!! The wildfire smoke was unpleasant and in the red zone. This is factor so look at the AQI before you go.

Was very convenient. Short walk to the public market. Food was good. Do not order an espresso martini. It was all white, tasted like milk with hint of coffee and vodka :(

Didn't have breakfast as not part of package. No faukt of the hotels smoke was 500+ so no walking or river view which we paid for. Hall smelled strong of smoke and it would have been goid of them to have masks for guests to protect lungs. No cookies a disappointment. Beds fine but not great. Location by the river path, the Market building next door and ability to walk into town all wonderful.

Fabulous location! Next to the river and close to places to eat both within walking & driving distance. Very clean, beautiful room. The ONLY negative was the very loud group in the room next door that woke us up at midnight! We contacted the front desk and they promptly took care of the issue.

Nice newer hotel near bars restaurants and shops. Near a large riverfront park. The shower had black hairs on the floor

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Perfectly situated on the river walk and near a food hall, and an easy 5 minute drive everywhere else we needed to go. Staff and amenities were terrific, but like all hotels, they could have used more hooks in the bathroom!

We would’ve given this stay five stars but unfortunately we booked a king suite online and when we arrived they gave our room to someone else and we ended up with a queen room instead. They couldn’t change it because they were full and didn’t take any responsibility, they blamed Expedia. We called Expedia and they blamed the hotel. Bottom line is o had the reservation to prove our booking. They didn’t offer us a credit or anything. The hotel was lovely and most of the staff were also very nice but we were very disappointed.

Booked a king bed room thru Expedia, when we checked in and went to the room, we found that it was a double queen bed room. So we went back down to the front desk and let them know that there was a mistake with the room, showed them my reservation information from Expedia and was told that we booked the room through a third party (Expedia) so the king bed room could not be guaranteed and all of the king bed rooms were booked so the double queen room was all they could do. Also, on my reservation information from Expedia, it showed free breakfast, breakfast is not free at this hotel, so we showed the front desk my reservation about the free breakfast, all they could say was that the breakfast is not free. So we left this hotel disgusted, went and had a better breakfast at Smitty’s just down the road which was much better than what the hotel restaurant was offering for the same price!
