Beautiful property, very clean
-
The gym was nice with clean modern equipment (2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and 2 bikes, large dumbell set, kettle bells). The pool was quite small, maybe 10×10 and chest depth, and the hot tub was very relaxing and hot. The area was clean and supplied with towels. The lobby had hot coffee/tea/cocoa each day which we appreciated. There was a breakfast, however we did not get it as it was additional $16 per person. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Lovely view from our room.

Exceptional
-
$400 for one room and when we went to get breakfast we were told we had to pay for it. Also, one of the morning front counter gals was snippy not just to me but another guest. We were placed in a room that had a very loud hum off and on thru the night making out stay very restless!

Superb

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful. I asked for an extra blanket because I get cold in the air conditioning, and they gave me a clean blanket right away. Also, our air conditioner made a loud clanky noise. Once we told the front desk the maintenance crew came to fix it immediately. The breakfast bar is meh. Nothing terrible, but nothing special. We paid in advance to have "free" breakfast that was the same each of the three days..."Scrambled eggs" sausage and roasted potatoes in three different containers. There was oatmeal, danish, bread for toast, yogurt and fruit. Basic stuff, just nothing special. I still rate this high because the staff were exceptional and the orderly state of the hotel in general was very welcoming.

I never regret staying in this hotel. Safe, super clean, kind staff, tasty food. Thank you to all who work there!

Very good
-
Overpriced. Parking fees; no breakfast, nothing to write home about. Can find other hotels for less that are just as good.
-
We had a river view- highly recommend! The location is great for getting to downtown and it is right next to the public market where there’s always something to do.
-
Location, location, location - the adjacent River Trail access and scenic views are wonderful!

Negatives: Fridge size is a joke! Barely qualifies as a fridge. I've stayed in 50 hotels last few yrs and these were by far the smallest (by a wide margin). Get real. Pillows were huge around and uncomfortable. My neck still hurts 3 days later. Undisclosed renovations meant every egress near our room was closed off. Upgrades happen but keeping them a secret is BS. Sure would B nice to eat breakfast there. They jack up the prices for baseball tournaments but keep the weekend food hours the same. Every team plays at 8 am and has to B at the field at 7. They should adjust to meet the needs of the guests. This is petty, but suprised no access from side of parking lot to next door shopping and restaurants. The lack of integration noticeable. Many hotels have steps and pathways to adjacent popular properties. I watched dozens of peeps climb over the short retaining wall in my very short time there (or walk the long way around). No ice machine on main floor.. Paying $10/nite for parking? Common. For $500/nt in Wenatchee, U gotta do better.

Should offer a reduced rate for not being able to have the view we paid for. All scaffolding and a crane outside our window.
-
We are, however, really disappointed that they now charge $10 to park vehicle. That will stop us from having breakfast or drinks at the hotel.

Very accommodating to our needs with having a pet. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. Location is very walkable. Would stay here again.
