I did have a disabled small dog! The person at the desk said she would not charge 30$ this time if I gave a good review which I did then they still charged 33$! I did not mind the money but I do not like being lied to! I guess thats just how roadway inn works! Want be staying there in the future! Respectfully

I like the staff very easy-going the process of quick and easy checking in checking out. The place was clean but did not smell well. the carpet and hallways didn’t smell well. Staff was fine. No one bothered you. They left you alone you able to come and go as you please. Even though those things thati didn’t Ike, I would recommend this plane and go back again.

Grass growing out of the pavers around the pool hallway in the smoking area filled with trash. Empty battles bags cigarette butts just nasty.

I never stayed. It was not to my satisfaction. The building had a bad odor, there was hair on the toilet and shower and I even say a cockroach in my room when I went to the my bags at almost 12:30 am.

Same breakfast items every day. Some kind of a change would have been nice. Would have liked biscuits and gravy or an egg of some sort. Muffins were chocolate chip every day along with chocolate or powder sugar mini donuts. No fresh fruit.

Good location.

The location is excellent. Near to shops restaurants etc. The bed and room was comfortable and clean. It needs to be updated. Reminded me of the 1970's, older carpet and furniture. Water/ showers were good. There was smell of sewer from the moment we entered the lobby which was overwhelming. We managed to stay the 1st night, because we got in around midnight. We were hoping it was temporary, but when we came in Saturday evening, we just couldn't stay a second night, because of the smell. It came up through the bathroom sink. Please look into this! Something is very wrong!

The hotel room smelled like smoke and was supposed to be smoke free, the sheets were dirty and had a hair in them, and the toilet was dirty. All around it was gross and won’t be going back.

The Hotel is in a great area rite behind a Target and across from an outlet shopping center you can tell the Hotel is a little old and is ran on minimum staffing as you walk in, but I tell you these people are working there tail off to keep up with guest coming in. When I got to the hotel it was an easy check in process, but their elevator was really sketchy, so I felt safer taking the stairs when I got to my room the bathroom was nice and spacious the rest of the room about the same just some clear dust of not keeping up with the room and stains on the bed sheets aside from that everything else was good.

DISGUSTING & UNACCEPTABLE: Do Not Stay Here Overall Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our recent stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. From health hazards to shocking customer service, this was easily the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The "manager" on duty, Robert, set the tone for the entire stay the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and an immediate attitude. Later in the evening, when other family members staying in a separate room went to ask for extra sheets, they were met with the exact same hostility and disrespect from him. To top off his lack of professionalism, Robert failed to give us breakfast times at check-in, causing us to miss it entirely. Severe Health & Biohazard Issues When we entered our room, we found stains on literally every layer of the sheets and bedding. When I went down to the desk to complain, Robert looked at me with total indifference. I explicitly asked if he even cared to look into the issue, and he flatly replied, "No." His only solution was, "I can give you new sheets." It gets worse. Because the hotel apparently does not have housekeeping on duty, we had to change the sheets ourselves. When we stripped the bed, we discovered what appeared to be dried blood stains on the mattress/protector. Because management provided zero viable solutions to a major sanitary problem, we could not trust anything in that room. We were forced to drive to a local store late at night and pay out-of-pocket for brand-new pillows and sheets just so we could have a safe place to lay our heads. Because we were too far from home to drive back, we were trapped into staying and had a completely miserable night. Message to Corporate / Upper Management: They say "you get what you pay for," but clean sheets and basic human respect are not premium luxury items—they are the bare minimum for any hospitality business, regardless of the price per night.
