Everything was great. The staff demonstrated excellent customer service. The food and drinks at the bar amazing. The yoga class and the massage was top notch. I will be back again.

Some of the staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the property and the spa didn't actually offer every amenity advertised, however, the story about the big mama alligator that lives under the bridge was pretty awesome and Stacey that works in the bar made the trip so much more worth it. Side note, I've never had lavender syrup in my cocktail before and it was amazing. There did seem to be a lack of communication between the staff. Maybe a shift report would help keep everybody up to date on the residents that are staying on the property for any length of time.

It’s a beautiful place but the parking situation is absolutely terrible. You have to pay $30 dollars a day for the valet. When they take your vehicle, they’re supposed to take you to your room and pick you back up when leaving. Problem is, they never come and pick you up and you end up walking to the valet. Just to leave the property, which is a 10 minute drive to the main road, you have to call for a cart, which never came during our 7 day stay, go to valet and wait till they bring your vehicle up to leave the property. Very inconvenient to say the least. On top of that, they charge $28 dollars a day for a resort fee. So you’re paying $60 dollars a day on top of the room charges.

resort was beautiful, great food, staff, were all were pleasant and helpful. very much what to expect from a resort
-
Great real estate. Rooms are crap. Place needs a deep renovation or knocked down. Need better pillows. Restaurant is solid.

Great place to stay very relaxing And staff it’s very attentive

The room and finding the location was easy. I was aware of having to pay a valet fee however, I did not know till check out. They also were charging a service fee for the amenities. The only amenity we used was the pool. The restaurant called the goat wasn’t great.

Room was clean but buildings are dated. AC was extremely loud. Had to use valet, couldn't self park.

The staff and service was the high point of our stay. Meeting Johnny at the gate the first day with his high positive energy and willingness to help was out of this world.

The main thing we hated is we were told to call guest services for a cart to pick us and our luggage up and was on hold 15 minutes then they hung up. We had a 9 am all day mtg at the hotel and had to check out and put our luggage in the car beforehand and their system of no cars on property made this a logistical hell.

The property for the most part looked good, there were renovations being conducted. The staff was amazing, from front desk, to valet, and restaurant staff. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were ants in the room, cobwebs were noticeable, and the tubs and showers had not been properly cleaned(which we ended up doing ourselves because we typically do that anyway while traveling). I did express that during my checkout just so they were aware of the issue. Overall a decent stay, however for the price very disappointing.

We spent great time celebrating the 4th of July with live music and pool entertainment. This place is very relax far from metropolitan area.

the staff, the room, the food. Everything was fabulous

The staff was absolutely amazing! The rooms were always clean. The golf courses were beautiful and well maintained. The pool and bar area topped it off. Ben, the bartender was great! Can’t wait to go back!

Efficient staff everything went well

No one seemed to know what actual time the pool closed. The blanket on the bed felt like something to wrap furniture when moving.
