Location Available parking Having to pay separate for parking when it’s not a city centre location Smokers area immediately outside Hotel felt tired and dated for the price, water went hot and cold in shower, AC didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush well - all needs an update

I just feel like this is a hotel that really knows what its customers need and then delivers that need.

Clean, comfortable. Good facilities. Very nice lady on reception Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Very welcoming and great with my young daughter. Nothing stands out. A hairdryer in room would have been nice but no biggie.

It is in a very calm area, good location It’s a bit old, looks and feels a bit tired. The water pressure in the shower is very low, like a trickle. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly
