There was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The front desk asked why I needed a handicap room. There was a long strand of cobweb hanging from the ceiling of our room. The better was awful hard and the toilet paper roll on the holder was empty!

Everything was exactly as described on the site.

We came to this hotel after leaving another hotel due to several issues and lack of help from the staff. The front desk and breakfast staff were very kind and professional. The breakfast was delicious and we were so happy we made the switch!

The room was spacious and there were lobbies on each floor which would have been nice for a team or group event. The night staff was pretty nonchalant about some serious concerns that took place while we watched from the lobby. People were stuck on the elevator and the elevator equipment room started to make some pretty terrible noises and smelled strongly of burning wires. Meanwhile, the folks on the elevator pressed the call button...twice. And they were dismissed and hung up on both times. Luckily one of the passengers called the desk on his phone and was able to explain the issue. (Had it been me, Id have started with the fire dept) The fire department came and pryed the door open to release the guests. They left the door open, because the elevator was now turned off. The employee just, walked away. Leaving a broken, open elevator that people kept attempting to walk into. One of my party took the initiative to place a table in front of the open doors to prevent folks from entering. The orange juice at breakfast didnt work, no sign, and when informed they told us that they knew but were just out. When the room door was closed and the lights were off, you could see the light from the hallway showing through every side of the door. The water pressure wasn't amazing, but the bathroom was clean and spacious. The pool is incredibly small, as is the "gym". Overall, this place was basic at its most basic.

This property is close to food and groceries. It is not a new hotel but well maintained. Emptied garbage and gave us fresh towels every day.

There were a few issues. There was no plug in for a lamp that also was to be a plug in for the bed table. The elevator was out the entirety of our stay. Our sink didn't drain. The staff, however, were amazing. Shout out to Bonnie who had us laughing over all the issues. Breakfast was great!

We’ve stayed here before. It’s convenient and near a few nice restaurants. Very surprised when we went to shower in morning. No soap or shampoo. Front staff was very rude.

Yeah my family got stuck in the elevator for over 50 minutes. Fire department finally got us out.

Run down, price didn’t match the quality. Oh and the condom wrapper on the floor was very offensive. I kicked it under the left side bed table before my family saw it. I’m sure the next guest will enjoy it.
