They had no record of my online reservation. I had to cancel reservations but they could not find it in the computer. They charged me for a no show.

My room was clean and tidy. The staff at the desk were helpful and kind. I didn't eat breakfast nor did I need any of the other staff. Great stay, will be back.

The property was clean. It was in a good location. The breakfast was good. The property is modern. My only complaints. The beds were a little rough. They have a pullout bed, but there was no bedding available so when I called the front desk, they told me I had to come pick it up myself. When we got there to check in, they did not greet us at all. They just stared at us, which prompted me to say I’m here to check in. They were not friendly at all at the front desk.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Cincinnati. Our kids love the indoor pool, we love grilling dinner in the courtyard, and the complimentary breakfast is great! Convenient location.

Breakfast was really good and it looked good and smelled amazing and tasted good the kitchen staff was quite but kept the area clean and the food did not run out Clean shower clean inside cabinets where the dishes are and nNO ROACHES ? ON THE KITCHEN COUNTERS. ROOM 219 Needs a new coach there are stains in the shower an that area where u seat to eat is to low for dining and the cleaners need to wipe that area and the dust on top of the bed post No one wants to see that and pay all that money for a room. AND THE ROOM NEEDS to be fumigated. BUT LET ME SAY I USUALLY LOVE STAYING THERE BUT I GUESS ITS GOING DOWN SOME.

The staff was fantastic. The free breakfast is more than one could ask for or imagine. Everyday was fresh and delicious. The assortment was amazing, and it came as a great surprise in comparison to the blah free breakfasts common to the HIE hotels. The laundry machines and dryers were new and free for guest use. I liked the workout room. However, there was very little room to use the weights or do any floor stretches or workouts. Fine if you only need to use the treadmill, elliptical, or bike.
