Water from the shower easily got on the floor. It only had a Shower Curtain. Overall the property was fine but for the cost it was disappointing these little items occurred.

Every thing else was fine.

The location was amazing, Raheem manages breakfast every morning, as if you’re entering his own home, and Amy clearly has full control the entire front of the house.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Would have appreciated more gluten free options at breakfast.

Shower door did not close all the way, kept sliding down. Sliding bathroom door not easy to operate. Bathroom could use some hooks to hang clothes. There's no complimentary water in the room but l did see a front desk staff offer bottled waters to a guest. So I'm guessing if it's something to ask for(?).

I booked for an two queen bed double suits. I called weeks and the day of to inform the hotel that I will be arriving late due to a day trip to Kings island they ensure me that my rooms were reserved and it was ok to check in late. When arrive I noticed he gave me diffrent room numbers from what I was told. Upon checking in surprised I walked into a ones bed I’m assuming “king suite. We had a party of 8 which is why I reservered the double queen rooms. Frustrated I went back down to the desk and told them this was unacceptable especially sense I’ve called several times. They told me they couldn’t accommodate me because they are completely sold out and I can sleep on the fold out couch! At this time it’s late and no surprising hotels had rooms so I’m pissed forced to sleep on the floor because the fold out bed was outright disgustingly dirty and dirty is an understatement. It was atrocious. I had the lady at the front desk come so she can see it old nasty sheets with what appeared to have feces and other fluids were folded up in the couch. I’m am utterly displeased very disgusted with the service and they blamed it on booking through a third party! When asked to speak with a manager I was told she would be there in the morning, the morning came she was then off on vacation. The place itself look beautiful despite of the nastiness of that fold out bed the rooms were nice looking even though they couldn’t fit my party.

Nice and clean. Good size room. The indoor “heated” pool was NOT heated! It was like an ice bath!

Had a great time. I would stay there again.

The rooms and facilities were very clean the buffet was good. The only downside was the pool was just cleaned and the water was very cloudy the kids didn’t feel safe in the water.

Clean, friendly staff, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The room was spacious for my family of 5. The room and shared spaces were clean. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean. Breakfast is not good

The breakfast was horrible and they had stains all over the sheets. I asked for a new blanket and they gave me a blanket with stains on it. I probably will not come back here again
