off the blowing air. The cabinet door in front of the mini fridge was hanging because of missing screws. The rug didn't feel clean on bare feet. The breakfast was minimally okay with limited choices.

Great location for business travel, right in between a bar and a Dunkin' Donuts (30 second walks), right off the highway. Staff was helpful and the room was pretty big. The breakfast was inedible but there was a dunks next door. Will stay again

Stood for a day. Many things to do around. Restaurants in walking distance. Texas Roadhouse is literally next to the facility. Pool was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and comfy.

The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom has soap, shower gel, shampoo, condition, lotion hair dryer all the necessities. They have a fridge and small microwave in the room. Breakfast was great. Not too noisy. Sometimes kids running up and down the hall but that is a parenting issue not a hotel problem. People should be respectful of others.

My bathroom needed to be updated. Room 120. There was rust all on the inside of the tub. At least I thought it was rust. I didn’t use it. The phone didn’t work. That said, they let me have early access to the room, which was great because we had driven 4 hours and I needed to test hard. The breakfast was great! It had a lot to choose from. The staff was wonderful.

The carpeted floor was stained in multiple spots and wet (smelled like dog pee) we called the front desk and spoke to Martha I believe and she said there was nothing that she could do about it.. and it was wet from the carpet cleaning machine (I couldn’t let my 8 month old down to crawl at all it smelled so bad) - nobody came to even check it out! So unacceptable and gross! Second - my sister had a room across the hall that didn’t properly lock (the whole bracket was missing.. which is definately a safety risk) The breakfast was good! Hotel overall was run down though- wouldn’t come back.

Breakfast was decent, location is great. Lady at the Desk Tia was very rude I was just asking a simple question about the check in and the bathroom. When I came back with my husband she was different and all nice! We travel anywhere and always stayed at Hampton inn but this time I would never come back here in West Haven CT.
