Had a room next to the lobby 1st floor. Very noisy not just guests but staff also. Had issues with key to room not working 3 of the 4 days we stayed.

The stuff disabled the room keys to rush us out for a group booking of a conference. This has never happened at a Marriott hotel before.

Small hotel off the I-95, easy to reach location. Room was small, occupied by huge amounts of unnecessary furniture, so little room to move around. Bathroom was compact and poor water pressure in the shower. Easy parking. Bar and breakfast not utilised, was OK cheapish stay but Marriott could do better

The property was well maintained and very accessible. Easy to get from Hartford to this property and return to the Hartford airport. Everyone was very nice.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was great, very clean.

Location is very convenient - close to New Haven CT, next to route 95. The hotel is very good value for the price paid.

The staffs hospitality and care was phenomenal from check in to check out

When I checked in the desk clerk told me, by the way the elevators aren’t working and I have no other rooms available except the 2nd floor you’ll have to use the stairs. We had heavy luggage and bags and coolers. The pool was dirty and the place was outdated!

Unfortunately this hotel was the worst we have ever stayed at. First off, I booked a mobility assessable room and was not given one. After asking to switch rooms, they said they would have an assessable room in the afternoon which they did not. They offered us a stool to use. After considering moving hotels, we decided to stay until we woke up on day 2 to NO HOT WATER. They said they were working on it and to contact the manager. My sister in law was in the other tower and they did not have an operational elevator. They were promised it would only be an hour or so and two days later, still no elevator. We decided to move to a new hotel for the last day of our trip. VERY DISAPPOINTED OVERALL and incompetent front desk help!

Clean, big room

I had 2 rooms booked, but on checkin they said that one of the rooms had been cancelled. Though they gave us the second room, but the nect day our second room was again locked. They said that the booking was for 1 night only whereas it was actually for 2. The confusion was cleared after a bit of to and fro, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience.

The staff were having a terrible time using their new computer system. It took over 20min to check in, and that was at 12:45am when we were desperate to get into a room. I heard another guest say the elevator door broke and she couldn’t get her bag off of it. Also the pool was out of commission.
-
Staff was incredibly helpful, especially considering Expedia booked my room for the incorrect days.
-
It’s a little dated….but, it didn’t detract from its primary purpose and it’s reasonably priced.

Very tired furnishings in the room. Elevator carpet was ripped up, would not stay here again.
