Most the rooms are having one bed - standard Queen.

Strong musty and mildew smell upon arrival improved after running the a/c and using an odor absorbing/air freshener during our 4-night stay. It was more of an old motel than I had expected. Beds were comfortable and service was decent. Breakfast options were 3 cereal types, white toast, 3 bagged sweets and coffee/tea. Stayed 08/14-18/26. Very conveniently located to college and local businesses. Pool was closed.

Old motel but was a reasonable price, good location in proximity to Purdue and serviced our basic needs. Run by family and front desk is not always staffed (but available by phone). Room with two double beds was spacious and clean but had dated furniture and smelled dated. The electrical outlets were not easily accessible and had extension chords from two outlets to lamps. Not ideal for CPAP and charging phones while accessible from beds. The TV didn’t work initially, but the staff came promptly when called and figured out a chord was loose behind the TV and replaced batteries in the remote. The AC was a window unit and was noisy but effective cold air when running, but room would heat up quickly when it turned off in auto temp, two night stay. Saturday night an adjacent room was very noisy, until after 2 am. It sounded like someone was falling into a wall or slamming a door every half hour or so. The AC sound when running helped mask the noise from next door and we were tired and didn’t call management. Second night was better. The pool was covered (in mid-August). Breakfast had no juice or much of a variety and we chose to eat elsewhere. I would try to find another place next time but would stay there again if necessary.

Worth the price. The motel is old, but clean. There is also an iron in the room. The owner is a friendly Indian-origin family. The payment process was smooth, and there was no deposit required. Parking is right in front of the room, which was very convenient for me. I did not like the breakfast. It was mostly carbohydrates with no protein options: plain bread, various flavored breads (but the quality was low), and cereal.

Good price, clean, friendly staff, uber serves area so an easy ride to Purdue. Near Superwalmart and fast food dining.

Ms. Patel was very nice. It was rush weekend and the place was full. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. There was a shower mat, which was very helpful. Breakfast consisted of bread for toast, choice of 3 cereals, and packaged sweets. It was kind of sufficient, but some fruit would have been nice. In the bathroom, the toilet was right next to the door. There were a few outlets that did not seem to work.

To be fair, I don’t think I realized I was booking a cheap motel where you park in front of the room instead of entering a main a lobby area and making your way to a room. That said, this place was a big disappointment and we wouldn’t stay here again. When people describe this place as “vintage” that’s a really classy way of saying it is old and desperately needs renovation. Small examples: Tub trip lever was missing so there was a big hole there. Some type of ancient heater in the bathroom without a safety plate on and heat could complete exposed. No plugs near bed for charging anything. Window AC that turns on and off every 5-10 minutes. It gets really cold when on and then gets warm quickly when off. Just sheets and a bed cover and no blanket? Found a hair on the toilet and a hair by the sink. The breakfast contained coffee, orange juice, cereal and little Debbie cakes. Better than nothing but not even close to a cheap hotel like a low level Marriott, Hilton, best western, etc. I’d rather drive 45 minutes to Purdue and stay elsewhere than here again. The only thing this place has is proximity to Purdue. I don’t need a JW Marriott. A Spring Hill suites is fine, or a Hilton garden inn. Just give me a place that has been renovated in the past 10 years, is fairly clean and safe with a charging port near the bed. And with preferably a bed that has some level of firmness. The bed here was almost hammock like. No thanks.

The room was OK with an outside entrance (old style), and wall air conditioner worked (a little noisy) but for ceiling dripping during rain, a hard pillow, and a few chips in the tub. It did have a small frig, freezer, microwave and coffee maker, Breakfast had a little variety of all carbs with the milk being the only protein. The price was cheaper than all the other motels by far due to some Purdue U weekend. It was near restaurants, Purdue Research & Technology Centers, etc.

Room, breakfast, clean, location loose outlet

The staff was very friendly. This was a older hotel that the rooms are smaller and a little out dated but for just traveling thru it was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay again if I was ever that way again. The price was reasonable. Nothing

Really friendly employees. Room was clean and tidy. Good for the price. Had a mini-refrigerator/freezer. Only a couple of minutes drive from Culver's. My air conditioner didn't work so it was pretty warm throughout the night. On Saturday breakfast opens at 7 and I had to leave at 6:30 so it was a bummer missing that.

The location I would say nothing else The bed was not comfortable at all. They had to a blower on the carpet. The AC will not keep up.
