Breakfast was very limited, not great quality, toaster was broken even after replacing 3 times. Basically, lot of cost cutting !!

Had a terrible experience and stay and Quality Inn at West Lafayette. Stayed there for 4 nights in Aug 2026. The only advantage was that it’s 4 miles from the campus. All staff was good except for Mr. Ramesh. He is at the front desk: very rude, unpleasant and not helpful at all. The rooms were very dirty and unhygienic. Even after many requests to have the room cleaned properly, Mr Ramesh did nothing. On the contrary, he said the problem was me and I was expecting too much. Refused to provide clean sheets even on request. The worst experience was one early morning, he and 2 other staff people started knocking at the room and continued to keep disturbing. When I addressed this to him, again be behaved extremely rudely. This place is not recommended. My worst stay in the USA in this trip. Hope this feedback helps them improve. Thank you

Charged double price ($350, usually the same hotel the price is around $150) but not worth that. Bed is so small and soft. Bath tub is a kind of cheap thing, feels so bad. Breakfast is only several pieces of bread.

The rooms in the front portion looked updated and rooms were booked, but the rooms in the back portion were old and I felt as though I was the only one there. I felt isolated and the area was extremely dark and creepy. The pool was drained and the sign said it needed repairs. When checking out, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk, just a sign that said to self checkout leave the keycard in the basket.

Place is an absolute dump and the owners couldn’t care less. There was nowhere else to stay in town, so we had no choice, otherwise would’ve left in a heartbeat. No concern for cleanliness, updates, service, amenities, maintenance, or any anything else. Would never stay again. They should be ashamed

Definitely in need of some upkeep. Luggage cart held together with zip ties, dirt bathtub, some room number litter a piece of paper next to the door, broken chair in the room.

The hotel was dirty. The couch was greasy and collapsed. There was grease on the mirrors and I had to clean the remote to even watch tv. The carpet smelled like urine, not dog urine either. There was some kind of spot of blood or feces on the shower curtain. Do not stay here. It was creepy!

Deplorable. Not friendly. Bad business. In a state of disrepair.

The property needed some updating. Edspreads had some holes.

Not good experience

Not worthy of the price I paid.

Sold out weekend for Purdue move in, so we weren’t able to change room when the bathtub doesn’t drain well. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we checked in, and the double beds were smaller than expected for 3 adults. Roller bed wasn’t available either.

This is a fun Quality Inn. I have no idea what the design was but have never seen one with a large interior with trees and spiral staircases with tons of common area. The design alone is very interesting. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you can tell the owners are renovating a massive space. Once the pool and hot tub are working again, this will be a great budget-friendly option for folks.

The advertised pool has no water, the towels didn’t really look clean, the bed wasn’t very clean, and the entire hotel had a mildew smell
-
Room was ok just very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were empty and nothing was said about it on line! That was one of the reasons we chose that hotel
-
Dirty, smelly , depressed
-
It was an adequate hotel, age is very evident, elevator seemed fairly old was up to date on inspections but still seemed iffy. Over all feel of the property was old and outdated
