Room was large and had a great view. Staff was helpful on check in and check out. Room was very clean and housekeeping service was great. TV did not work with any of my devices, no ice available for guests, and tiny (toy-like) fridge in room barely worked. Elevator would take up to 10 minutes to arrive to my floor, causing regular delays.

It was a little confusing getting to the main lobby. It would be helpful for more signs/directions guiding me where to go.

I liked that the location was close to bus stops, and near the Zhuhai/Macau border. One day, there was a weird smell that I'm not sure where it was coming from. Maybe it was when the AC wasn't cold enough.

It was so clean and it felt brand new! Hotel had everything you need and they included a free breakfast for us, which I didn’t expect but that was an amazing bonus! The location is super close to the bus stop. Maybe 200m walk. You need the bus to get to all the main areas but the transportation is so straightforward. Just check which bus (at the stop) to take for your drop off. Buses run so frequently. It seemed slightly out of the way for most activities. Not a lot of good eating spots nearby. Just basic things and a couple noodle spots.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Bathroom was quite small. Barely any space between the door and the WC.

I think this is by far the best service experience I have received from the staff. Everyone was really helpful in helping us book a taxi, changing small notes and more. Also appreciate the free upgrade making our birthday trip special for me and my parents.

I loved the view from my bedroom,I loved how cozy it felt The stuff is so amazing and polite,they meet the forbs standards The breakfast was horrible/ the space is so tiny and have no privacy,the dishes and utensils was not clean at all! just thinking about it makes me sad,the housekeeping staff was so good and accommodating/friendly but my bed wasn’t nicely done,and some places where not properly cleaned. The bathroom doesn’t supply with body lotion I elevator is limited and crowded,I missed my taxi waiting for it to come up
