Hallmarc Inn & Suites of West Memphis

I liked the body mirrors and the bed was actually really comfortable and not very noisy even when you sit in it lol, the staff was great at helping with anything I needed I didn’t like how it was a effort to open my door. I had to basically put my body weight into the door to open it. I also got into the and it looked like someone picked the tv wires and power button to the point where I couldn’t turn on the tv or anything, also had to go to the office to replace the remote battery because I thought that was the initial problem. They had a pool but it wasn’t open and it was actually pretty nasty looking. They have a smoking area as well but there is nests of wasps there too so you have to stay off to the side or they will come at you.

There was no refrigerator or microwave.. The pool has not been and had not been open for along time. Exposed wires on the wall. They had a breakfast area but it was not open on Wednesday we were there did not even have coffee. I got up in the middle of the of the night and the floor was sweating?? Used the towels to keep from slipping.. no safety latch on door. On the positive side the bathroom has been updated.. the floor was newly replaced. But overall I would not stay here again.

The baseboards were dirty, the floors were sticky, like they needed a good steam mopping, the tv didn’t work, there wasn’t a fire alarm, just wires hanging from the ceiling. For $60 bucks I guess it was okay, but I would have paid more for a better, cleaner experience.

First, the pool was disgusting. The room was ok, but no curtains on the windows and the blinds did not filter out the light; which kept me up all night. And the entrance is weird being right off a 4 lane highway and hard to see.
