Homegate Inn and Suites

My room was very clean which is my biggest issue with hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable & clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. AC worked well and was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing Room felt damp, very unwelcoming on entry, reception area was more like a police station as guy was behind screen. Bathroom dirty around edge. Petty I know but ice bucket had no lid and took an age communicating this. Coffee machine jug still had previous residents coffee in it so we had to wash it out and only One coffee sachet. Could do a lot better.

Only spent a night here. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The hotel is older so there are a few flaws, but nothing that should keep you from staying here.

Friendly staff, air conditioning was great, clean rooms, bed was comfortable, great location, hard to enter the parking lot, water pressure wasn't good. Good for a night or two.

The desk clerk was very friendly. the lobby has been in a state of disrepair for over 15 years, Things in it are covered with sheets. The faucet in our room has been loose for the 15 years as well. We stopped mentioning it as it is never addressed. The room had a bad odor like a cat urinated in it, but we were tired and just went nose blind to it. We were only staying the night and won't be staying there again.

This hotel was cute as a button. It is an older property that has been updated so well. Great lobby area with ample place to sit and work, even an office area with printer. Decore is night with lots of natural light and all of the staff are super friendly and professional. I work in hospitality and wanted to hire the guest agent. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Two must have for me to leave a 5 star review. What I loved the most was the cute courtyard area they created. At night it felt magical even though we're were in the city. Also very pet friendly. Note the special area for furr babies in the pics. Great job team.

I loved having my room refreshed everyday. The staff was courteous and professional. I will return on my next trip to Memphis

Location not convenient to anything. Beds were comfortable and the drip coffee maker worked just fine. Seems totally over priced.
