EVERYTHING, VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PLEASANT STAT!!

We asked how often the clean the rooms, they said every two weeks. I don't recommend this hotel

The whole hotel had a weird smell about it. Supposed to be smoke free but could definitely smell that was not enforced.

Kitchen had no utensils. Fridge was hot . No ice machine. Pool was locked and dirty . Elevators were not serviced since 2024 . Keys didn't work for room but to get in exterior doors. Pull out Sofia was disgusting with stains with no proper bedding. Glass shards under beds and im pretty sure there was spy cameras in the smoke detector. Would never go back . horrible experience, staff was great but the maintenance n expections were not ment . Breakfast is coffee an muffins ,don't expect the hot food .

The convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, etc. Also, the luxury of being able to have access to a full kitchen to cook and store needed items and having access to a laundry facility to wash clothes and vending machines with drinks and snacks. Also, menus were available in case I wanted to order and stay in. There wasn't anything that I didn't like

The service was exceptional and the facilities were great. The shower temperature could be better.

If you need a place to rest then it’s fine. The hallways and rooms smelled like food.

I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast.

The staff was nice, the price was good and they took pets. The only thing I was unhappy with is that they called me in the middle of the day on Saturday saying they were going to knock on my door and "go fix the cabinets." I told them there was nothing wrong with the cabinets and that my dog was there. My dog is friendly but was being calm and quiet why would you disrupt that? Plus I had the "pet inside" magnet on the outside of the door as they requested we do. I had to rush back from where I was to pick up my dog so they could, not fix, but UPDATE the cabinets. They called me 2 hours later saying they were going to go into the room then....why did I pay for a hotel I couldn't use for 6 hours in the middle of a weekend? I was not informed of this "updating" when I checked in. They should be updating sound insulation if anything because our neighbors pur second night slammed everything and we heard all of it.
