Very good

Clean and spacious. Kind and helpful staff. No complaints. It was great.

They had a maintenance issues with the water pipes the cold water was regulating properly so the water was constantly hot.

The fact that ground floor rooms are available (not the case for all hotels, believe it or not...) is a huge plus for those who are claustrophobic or fear elevators... Do ^not^ assume the emergency staircase is readily visible or attainable (may require special code or key for access) - some are literally accessed from the street, ^not^ from within the hotel lobby or corridor... That is the only plus for this hotel, from someone who has traveled throughout her life, in the U.S. and overseas. The failed attempt to imitate the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, while charging the same (or higher) rates...

The breakfast was really good. The manager was very nice. They didn’t have the room booked. And I was never informed of this till I checked in. The morning staff was very rude as well. I will not be staying here again.

Superb

We only stayed for one night. We wanted a hotel near Rapid Water Park that included breakfast. For a one-night stay, it wasn't bad; we really just wanted to have breakfast the next morning and head to the water park. The pool could have been cleaner—there were some leaves and insects in it. The bedding—especially the bedspread on the small bed—didn't smell good. The noise from the air conditioner kept us from getting a good rest. The best part was the breakfast; that was actually good. Would I come back? Maybe, but only for a single night.
